Loved this place so much, it looked exactly the same as those pictures on website. Helpful and friendly staff! Wide variety of tv channels were available. Perfect place for you to stay in Porto.

I can say that this is the best accommodation on my trip.
Hotel service: The staff are friendly and have a lot of sense.
Amenities: The accommodation has a washing machine, drying rack, and various furniture, which is convenient. There is also a terrace, so it is great to drink wine or drinks while looking at the view in the photo below.
Accommodation condition: I don't know if it was remodeled recently, but it is very clean and tidy. Also, the stylish interior stands out everywhere, such as in the room and elevator.
Location: It is located right in front of Sao Bento Station, so it is convenient to take a taxi from the airport and very convenient to take the train to the next destination. Also, the Porto tourist attractions are not that big, so it is great to walk to various tourist attractions from the accommodation.
Meals: I don't know because I was not included, but I think it will be great.^^
I highly recommend it, so I hope it will be helpful to those who are considering it.

I was traveling alone and was very tired as it was my last trip.
We were upgraded for free, so we rested very comfortably in a spacious space.
The staff are friendly and the location is very good.

Next to St. Benedict Station, it is very convenient to get to any attractions. There is a kitchen and a washing machine in the room, which made me feel like home during my trip, and the service staff are also very kind. The room is big and new.

I booked Sao Bento Residence for a solo break to Porto. It is very centrally located - next door to Sao Bento metro, railway station and Time Out Restaurants. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and could easily accommodate 3-4 people. With the hot weather the aircon was perfect and the central location meant I could tour around in the morning and return mid afternoon for a break. The reception staff in particular were super helpful and I really appreciated the 12 noon check out time. Thank you for an amazing stay. I walked everywhere to the tourist attractions.

A very centrally located and well equipped apartment hotel with a 24 hrs front desk. Very pleasant and helpful front desk Staff. Would highly recommend and would love to come back and stay again. Comfortable beds and modern fusion rooms with clean toilets and showers.

Enjoyed our stay at this fantastic aparthotel. Excellent location, very central. I would have given 5 stars but we had constant wifi issues during our 3 day stay. We were in room 4A and suffered throughout with wifi dropping out and then being unable to log back in as 'disabled' or 'unable to join group' messages spoilt our fun. I reported this twice to reception. They need to consider moving their router or boosting the signal. Don't wish to come across as negative, the place was great but wifi poor.
