Perfect close location from major attractions, clean, big rooms, pleasant hall, bar, only dis is no parking but public parkings are available

There was a piercing noise, like a fire alarm, in the middle of the night. I called the front desk, but no one answered.

A great location in the center of all the action. Horrible for parking and really horrible to get to the front desk and drop bags. Had to circle the entire city waiting for a spot to open to get my bags in. Other than that, great staff and great location

The hotel is new and spacious, with a great location just down the hill from the river, surrounded by many restaurants. The staff are also very friendly.

Great hotel in a very convenient location, especially for Rangers FC fans as it’s close to the square. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was some noise from the street outside, but overall it was a really good stay and I’d happily return

Overall very happy with the room size, helpful reception , beautiful decorations. However, the gym is completely rundown. I wish they could renovate it.

Service people were talking loud in the corridor and making a lot of noise with their cleaning carts etc. The walls on the room were not acoustic at all, we could hear the people on the next room. Front office didn't mention about our room including breakfast buffet and where the restaurant was to have the breakfast etc. Thus, we completely had forgotten that our room charge was already including breakfast.

Our experience was entirely positive. The location was perfect for visit being in the heart of Ribeira. The facilities fully met our expectations- with a comfortable room and bed and an excellent shower. The breakfasts were first class with a good range of dishes available. And importantly, the staff were always helpful from check-in through to respinding to the various small requests we had during our 3 night stay.

Hotel location is excellent. Easy to access the famous iconic bridge in Porto. Service is wonderful. Interior design and decor in stylish. Breakfast is good. Many restaurants around. Very enjoyable stay in this hotel.

Very good location and clean

The location is fantastic, just around the corner from the river! There are taxi and bus stops right outside. The hotel lobby is spacious with plenty of areas to relax or chat with friends. There's no coffee machine in the rooms. The front desk staff weren't particularly welcoming.

The location is great because you can see the Ribeira Square with the Dom Luis I Bridge right below you just by walking down for 30 seconds from the hotel, and above all, I think the facilities inside the hotel are the best.

1. The hotel's decor was nice; I saw it while passing by. However, the room's interior decor was just average. 2. The service was poor. I had to get my toothbrush and slippers from the front desk; they wouldn't deliver them if I called. 3. Around 9:20 PM, a staff member entered my room without knocking. Luckily, I was still asleep. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in recent years.
