Casa Zogbi is located right in the center of Porto. is a small, modern, and very comfortable stay. Some amazing things to note: you are steps away from many restaurants, the famous bridge is right there, the water is also right there, and the included breakfast is fresh and delicious, robes and slippers provided, small vanity set, toothbrushes, coffee machine in the room, heated towel rack, sewing kits, shoe buffing kit, feminine kit, water and glasses, greeting snack plate and thoughtful note, and tea and cookies in the reading room plus port wine as a welcome drink at reception. But most importantly the customer service was immaculate. Patricia A. is kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. She helped us with parking, with luggage, and explaining a map of Porto. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. No noise can be heard from outside and you get the real Portuguese city experience. We are given one welcome drink coupon for the bar and 10% off one meal at the hotel restaurant. Just overall very thoughtful touches throughout our time here. We highly recommend to anyone visiting Porto. We hope to be back soon.
