Great stay. Everything is clean and new. Welcome drink is a plus. The only con is the location is a bit far from most tourist attractions, but still walkable 15mins to 20mins.

Wonderful room and service, the best we had during our entire trip among multiple cities in Europe !! Thanks to your hospitality and warm service, even the restaurant you suggested amazes us.

Front desk not as helpful as expected. Asked them to help me book dinners, never let me know if they manage to book for me. I was early due to change of flight. Requested for early check then says she will inform me so I waited. She didn’t make sure I didn’t wait too long. So I went for a walk and requested to text me when room is ready. She didn’t do that too. So service is not great

Location and service was great and also quiet room. The hall and room carpet reel of dust or something, does not smell good (7th floor). Breakfast menu is same every morning and there are not much choices. Coffee is also the instant nespresso machine one. There is massage spa which was great, but do not have couple massage on our stay despite being shown at the menu list. Overall good but would try somewhere else for next time.
