It’s far away from the Sao Bento metro and train station, you need to walk 15 minutes steep road with your luggage. I want to get two spoons, they told me to get them at the bar by myself. The check out time is 12:00pm, but the aircon and tv stopped automatically at 11:30am, I think they remind me to check out but the reminder is far too early.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff are very friendly and polite! We enjoyed our stay and will come back again!

Good condition hotel

1. The location is slightly outside the main tourist attractions, but downtown Porto is not that big, so walking around was not a problem. 2. The facilities were very clean and nice. There is no coffee pot, but a Nespresso machine is provided instead. 3. The restaurant & bar on the first floor is open until 11 p.m. The prices are not that high and the food is good, so it was nice to have a quick beer on a day when I came home early.

The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms are clean, bright and new. The service attitude of the front desk staff is very good. Porto is beautiful. I will come back next time! ! Hygiene is very clean!

They were friendly from early check-in to check-out. They provided detailed explanations of nearby tourist attractions for me who came alone. Room service was also delicious!
