Very good, the location is very good, very close to the station, the room has a retro feel, and there is a live band. I really spent two unforgettable days. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

This hotel was a perfect choice for us. It’s 2 years old, impeccably clean, modern luxurious. It has tasteful decor and a spa. A small dipping pool in the garden. We stayed in the luxury suite which was Bigger than most condos - separate living and bedroom. Large, large shower, double sinks, double closets, king bed - better than our own home. Reception - this area is smallish - but do not let that deter you, every single person, was so kind and So courteous, with their suggestions and directions. We had breakfast included - always fresh and delicious. There is no parking - however there is a multi level lot within a short walk. I paid 50 Euros for 3 days. It’s a walkable location, otherwise take an Uber, if necessary. I would rate this stay as a solid 10. Highly recommend. P.s. It was previously a soap making factory. They honor this memory by selling handmade soaps and bath articles in reception - just lovely.

Beautiful boutique hotel with lovely rooms. We stayed in a Charm Suite and were really happy with the room which was like a small apartment. The bed was so comfortable and the quality of sleep we had was the best ever. The room overlooked a peaceful garden so there was not noise at all. As for the breakfast, what can I say? You need to experience it to believe it. We stayed for six nights and I looked forward to breakfast every morning. No horrible buffets, everything was prepared personally for you with quality ingredients and so much flair. I have stayed in many hotels and have not experienced a breakfast as good as this anywhere. Porto is so lovely and we had a great time so we definitely would return to the Saboaria.

This boutique hotel exceeded my already high expectations. Although rather unassuming from the street and the small lobby space, once you enter into the hotel itself, you will find nothing but delights. Beautiful hotel facilities and grounds, stunning designer rooms, and a wonderful breakfast each day with many options. The hotel is also conveniently located just a couple of minutes away on foot from the Trindade metro station (which proved very helpful), as well as the Bolhão market and much of downtown Porto. It was also quite relaxing to return at night to the hotel’s serenity, removed from the hubbub and the crush of tourists in the Ribeira. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was quite large, the service from all staff members was helpful and pleasant, and the amenities were unexpectedly lovely. This hotel is worth a little splurge. You’ll be very happy you did.

Beautiful hotel! We stayed in the Charm suite and I can't recommend enough. Excellent location, friendly staff and the breakfast was 10/10. Yes, the pool is small but a welcome refresh after a day climbing the many hill of Porto & the hot tub was lovely. Only slight issue was the shower screen allowed water to leak onto the floor but this is a minor maintenance issue. The lavender oil left each evening with chamomile tea was very welcome! Can't wait to return.

This is a fabulous hotel, brilliant staff with a warm welcome and lots of great advice. Rooms are fabulous, garden great, bar and resteraunt excellent. Location is ideal,close to all main sights and historical parts of porto. Will definitely return.

Superb location, literally two minutes walk from Trinidade metro station which is direct from airport (5.10 euros for two people) metro run approx every 20 minutes ,couldn’t be easier! Hotel is absolutely fabulous,very welcoming,professional,friendly and ALL staff are helpful without exception,all are a credit to The Saboria . Our room was ground floor and looked out onto the gardens,it was immaculate, large and tastefully decorated. We had welcome complimentary treats that were an absolute bonus. Breakfast has a good varied selection,to suit all and was delicious. We couldn’t recommend highly enough and hope to return in the very near future.

Really mixed stay. It has a very subtle frontage that we missed a number of times. The place smells divine and the breakfast is very good. We had a duplex room which had lots of space except in the bathroom which was tiny. The kitchen was also poorly equipped. the spiral staircase was very narrow and a nightmare. There was no draw space in the bedroom which is upstairs from the bathroom. Though we had a garden view, there was nowhere for us to sit out. Pool is small and its position means it can be commandeered by a small number of guests. Very convenient for the metro.
