Excelente custo benefício, bom para família e representantes comerciais. Ótimo café da manhã. Indico para quem vem do interior para assistir jogos na Arena do Grêmio, fica próximo e de fácil acesso.

Foi muito bom a esperiencia no hotel, porém o café da manhã não foi nada bom porque chegamos no local e so tinha uma funcionária colocando o alimento e ficamos esperando. O serviço nao foi pontual.

Local ruim, banheiro fedido, portas com problemas na maçaneta, estacionamento do hotel tem que pagar a parte e a chave do carro obrigado a deixar na recepção com eles, camas era confortável, ar gelava, o resto tava difícil.

O atendimento do rapaz q nos recebeu foi bom.
Mas o quarto muito ruim, camas e travesseiros duros, banheiro com cheiro muito forte e ar condicionado com barulho batendo a noite toda, iluminação do quarto pessima, uma fresta na porta que além de entrar luz a noite toda do corredor tb dificultava o fechamento da mesma.

Posso dizer que a minha estadia foi nível baixo .
Cheguei mais cedo na cidade e queria fazer o check-in, mas o preço era exorbitante para a quantidade de horas.
Vi duas vezes, baratas mortas no chão e para finalizar, acabou a força do hotel todo na manhã e nenhum funcionário tinha informação para dar sobre o ocorrido.
Tomei café da manhã com a luz do celular, porque o lugar estávamos escuro , sem nenhuma vela.
