Hotel location & surroundings: Conveniently located in Buchon. There are many shops around, and it is convenient to go to Uber. The room is comfortable (Ap. 1008), but they could put some more cabins, we also missed cabinets. WiFi works perfectly. Breakfast is honest, but the restaurant and room service are expensive for what they offer. In the bathroom, it would be interesting to put the toilet paper door near the sanitary vase and to put in the box a ”panel or nick” to support shampoos.

Ótimo custo benefício! O atendimento da equipe da recepção é muito bom! O quarto acomoda tranquilamente um casal. Infelizmente não há frigobar na maioria dos quartos, o que me causou surpresa é um gastinho a mais. Porém o atendimento de quarto foi muito eficiente. Em resumo, eu me hospedaria novamente.

We spend extra money on booking another hotel at the last minute, transport between hotels and laundry and on cleaning and disinfecting clothes, suitcases and other belongings (because bedbugs spread to clothes and suitcases, running the risk of taking them home with you and result in an infestation), not to mention the time and energy spent on our vacation in the almost 40 degrees celsius temperature of Porto Alegre. At the end of the discussion, the Manager insultedly expressed “We are already refunding the daily rate, what more do you want?” Na primeira manhã de estadia acordamos com o corpo inteiramente mordido por percevejos (bed bugs). Ao falar com o gerente Sr. Marco Aurélio Costa, o mesmo lidou com a situação como algo corriqueiro e deu a entender que estávamos exagerando. Gastamos dinheiro extra ao reservar outro hotel de última hora, transporte entre hotéis e lavanderia e com a limpeza e desinfestação de roupas, malas e demais pertences (porque o percevejo se espalha para roupas e malas, correndo o perigo de levá-los consigo para casa e resultar em um infestação), sem mencionar o tempo e energia desprendidos de nossas férias no calor de quase 40 graus de Porto Alegre. Ao final da tratativa o Sr. Gerente expressou de forma insultuosa “Nós já estamos devolvendo o valor das diárias, o que querem mais?”.

Fomos numa viagem para consultas na capital, fomos muito bem recepcionados, hotel muito bom, ficamos num quarto pequeno mas para nós estava ótimo, sem barulhos. Chuveiro aqueceu muito bem. Café da manhã muito bom, superou nossas expectativas. Hotel tem estacionamento que é pago onde manobristas trazem e levam no momento que precisamos o veículo.

Very nice hotel with pool. Has an ok restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre, but price for the stay was excellent. Room service was perfect and punctual.

Relatively new hotel which is kept in excellent condition. Rooms have lovely views and breakfast is excellent, although 1 day of the 5 we stayed they did struggle a little to keep up with demand. Best part: The pool! Great to finally have a outdoor pool with a view in the city! They do need to have some umbrellas though as it is South facing and the sun is relentless. Especially a concern with young children. Also the floor in the pool area is extremely slippery when you have wet feet. There is also a top quality shopping mall on site with some fabulous food choices. Staff were very good indeed! My only gripe was they ran out of English Breakfast Tea Bags so I had no tea for the last 2 days... but that's my own fault for being English!
