Best Western Resort Hotel Conference Center

Are stay was fine (a little better than fine). An odd thing about this hotel is they don't like to rent to locals. We were allowed to stay because of home remodel.

Clean rooms, good, full breakfasts. Cons: Dirty pool, no shower in the spa area. Regular water not available after the cafe closes.

Clean, cozy, quiet hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located.

There was an ant problem. My kids dropped some popcorn on the floor and when we woke up the kids screamed when they saw the popcorn moving across the floor (the ants were carrying it in groups). There was a large family party going on in the hotel - they took up lobby and first floor hallways. They were incredibly loud and intrusive.

we had to cancel our second night and go home earlier to SD than planned as there was an emergent family illness-the staff was very helpful/we so appreciated them and the call to Expedia-Anna esp on mon the 15th at the front desk was wonderful

There was dried toothpaste all over the faucet and the frame of the mirror. Also some big door was banging ever hour to hour and a half. Front desk said that was the fire door that people are not supposed to use.

Staff did not inform us of the hot tub being out of order before we preceded to check in . Miss leading .

The room needed repairs. Water damage on ceilings and around one window.

Only there overnight. Nothing to complain about.
