The location is great, and while it was a bit smaller than I expected, it was very clean. Late check-out wasn't an option, but overall, the staff were friendly.

Every time I visit Vanuatu, I make sure to stop by the Grand Hotel. It's been renovated since the earthquake, and now it's even more modern! The staff are all so friendly, and their smoothies and fresh coconuts are delicious.

I stayed here for just 2 nights recently, my stay here was magical. All the staff are amazing, so welcoming and frendly. The pool was so nice, a great place to cool off in the hot sun. The harbour views from the room are just breathtaking and some of the best in the world. The waterviews from the restaurant are also amazing. Thank you to everone at The Grand Hotel and ****** for making my stay so enjoyable.

Perfect location close to the market, shops, and restaurants. Impeccable and friendly service. For light meals, the ****** bar is ideal. Highly recommended hotel!
