I was a bir hesitant due to lower reviews but it was perfect, honestly! Very good location, walking distance to downtown, right in front a busnstop that takes you to the airport. They allowed me to chekx in early, it's very neat,.clean and my room was quiet.

Beautiful staff great location room service was excellent 👌. Highly recommend this little spot . The Cafe next to it is the best . Will return in the near future.

Pros: Convenient- very near the airport for 150VT ~ 250VT Can walk to a nearby national bank to exchange local currency Close to a cafe (too hot) Can checkout late until lunch for free~500VT/hr Tour operators know this place and can request pickup/dropoff here Kind staff and manager Cons: Need to pay 1K VT for AC (the type of room I booked) Soap only, no other toiletries 20 mins walk to mall for restaurants Cash only

Extremely basic accommodation. The room had a smell to it. Hot water in the shower ran out after 2 mins. It was fairly cheap compared to other options, but still not worth what is charged for it.

The hotel is reasonably priced, provided no issues arise. However, the staff have no authority to address in-room problems such as bedbugs or mould. Guests are advised to contact the manager directly, yet her email address is no longer in use, and she does not answer the phone. The manager, a Filipino woman, reportedly oversees five properties and does not have time to attend to individual guests. For these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel...

I highly recommend this accommodation. Manager Jenna is kind and fully understands the guest's point of view, and the staff members Katina, Celina, Jennifer, etc. are all smiles and do the job. There are marts nearby and a local market within a 5-10 minute walk, so you can buy fresh and delicious fruits and vegetables. I would like to stay again.

I feel very upset about this hotel. After I made my booking, I was unable to cancel it. They cited health reasons and showed no compassion. Think a hundred times before booking — they have no conscience. Many people will regret this

The main advantage of this hotel in Port Vila is the ability to cook your own meals. It's affordable and well-suited for longer business trips. The environment is pleasant, and the staff are quite friendly. There are many Chinese supermarkets nearby, so you can easily buy a variety of ingredients for cooking. However, the kitchenware isn't ideal.

The standard twin room on the second floor was decent. We had hot water for showers, and although the fridge was quite old, it worked. However, there was no kitchen counter, no balcony, and the TV was unfortunately out of order. A minor drawback was the noise from roosters crowing and dogs barking in the mornings and evenings. On a positive note, the staff provided daily housekeeping.
