Mariner Apartments

The website with hotel information and surroundings was very useful and complimentary chocolate from Gaston Chocolat was a real highlight of the trip that inspired us to visit it's factory

The apartment is close to town and within walking distance to all major attractions, dining places and important buildings

Comfy apartment with full kitchen, nice shower and great location close to town. Plus lovely views over the water. Definitely tropical island vibes. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and a great supermarket just up the road. Plus easy access to local buses for further afield transport. Staff here are wonderful and super helpful. Great pool which the staff work hard at keeping leaf free despite being surrounded by tropical greenery. Would definitely stay here again.

We were certainly sold a dud via Jetstar Holidays with this dive. The photos given to Jetstar to sell the accommodation were far from what we experienced. The room size itself was good with a great balcony. Check into the place with codes and that is common these days.. from there was just absolute rubbish on entering Room 5. Again nothing like the product sold or provided to Jetstar holidays. The place was filthy. The ceiling fan was black which can be seen in the photo along with a partially destroyed wardrobe. The worst: the place smelt like it had been occupied by a smoker for the past years.. it reeked of smoke.. not just someone who had recently smoked in the place but ingrained smoke stench in the bedding, the curtains.. the whole room.. and WE SMOKE, just not inside a building. 2 nights was enough to put up with out of our 5 nights. We left.

Very clean and comfortable with lovely views. Staff were helpful. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance while we stayed

Have visited Vanuatu before and had Mariner Apartment on my radar due to its location close to the centre and a number of restaurants. Staff were quick to respond to my questions prior to arrival. Our room was clean, well equipped and had a great outlook. Thanks to Ruth and housekeeping team who looked after us

Thanks to Elliott and his staff for a wonderful stay at Mariner Appartments. Great appartment with everything we needed. Amazing view of harbour. Staff very helpful and so friendly. Any problems sorted immediately. Elliott went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.

Room was clean spacious an had everything needed Wonderful staff makes you feel like family. Look after you well
