This isn't exclusive to this hotel, but the road leading up to it is full of potholes, and just driving back and forth to the city center in a rental car was exhausting. The hotel's main building is incredibly grand, and that's what attracted me to book it. I was given a room on the first floor, and the view was just so-so. The humidity was awful; even with the air conditioning on, the sheets felt clammy. I thought the price was quite high.

I absolutely love this place! The pool is amazing the view of the lagoon even more so. They have themed buffet nights, and have kayaking. The gym is tiny but it has the basic things. Theres also a small spa.the hotel ataff are amazing. I loved everything about it except one thing which isnt their fault --- you cant swim in the lagoon!!

The hotel is obviously quite old, but it is very clean, has all the basic facilities, and the service is very friendly. It is considered a very good hotel in Port Vila.

This is a fantastic place to stay when you are traveling with family. The extraordinary care with which children are treated is very special.

The biggest asset to this hotel is their staff everyone was friendly, helpful and engaged with the kids. From the initial welcome from the chief to departing the hotel everything was great. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Vanuatu ..
