My husband and travel for work. This place was so awesome. Very clean the 2 ladies that checked us in are so friendly and very sweet. Very helpful and just so happy. The room was so clean lots of stores and restaurants Very close by. Just walking distance. We will definitely will go back soon.

This hotel was safe and adequate…not amazing, not horrible. Beds a little hard. Breakfast meh. Clean enough but not spotless. Nice staff. We walked to a lot of places including Starbucks and the Dairy Bar.

This property is supposed to do housekeeping only upon request. Well at least that’s what I was told when I call to request housekeeping service after my third night at the hotel without housekeeping service.
At the end, I ended up staying 5 nights and housekeeping was never done, and there’s was never a manager available to complain about it.
At check out I was told a manager was going to get in touch with me to talk about my experience and so far nobody has reach to me.
Definitely not going back and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I am familiar with the area where the hotel is located, so I had an idea of what to expect. Pros: they offer breakfast, parking is easy to find and free, and there’s plenty of shopping and dining close by. Cons: the comforter and sofa were dirty and stained, the layout of the room was odd, and there’s only one, slow elevator. If you just need somewhere to lay your head, it will get the job done without much inconvenience. However, if you’re looking for a cozy stay, you should look elsewhere.

Everything was perfect until checkout. The young lady said the computer said my bill was not settled and she wanted my credit card. I pulled up my receipt and confirmation number to show her it was paid. She would not write it down. I asked to speak to a manager. She said there was not a manager there. She told me I could contest it with the bank. I have stayed here many times, but this will be my final visit.

Overnight staff in front desk was very rude multiple times and multiple nights. “I’m busy doing something else” when we would ask for help. She had issues with her computer and was very unapproachable. We almost escalated her bad attitude to the manager but we didn’t went to ruin our holiday stay. I will think twice about staying in this place again!
