Friendly receptionist. Lovely clean room with everything you’re likely to need. Breakfast room a bit small so overspill into the reception area when busy. Breakfast was nice with a good selection.

This is an old motel but it’s clean. There is a great Mexican restaurant next door that you can walk to.

Since doing check-in, we noted the professionalism and compromise to customers. In this hotel, , at all levels, they really knows about customer service. The room was lovely. Large two rooms with a very comfortable bed. Everything was so clean. For an older “motel” type it was amazing. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Toni and Danny work the front desk. They are absolutely amazing! They made our stay Perfect. The housekeepers are so kind. The pool area is so beautiful. We WILL be back. And we WILL highly recommend Port Saint Lucie Best Western.

Good size rooms. Clean but aged property. It could use a renovation, but housekeepers do a great job with current conditions.
It is good for a quick overnight stay.
Breakfast was surprisingly good for the free versions. Staff was nice.

We had a wonderful stay at BW PSL. The property is clean and well kept, and the staff is professional as well as very kind and helpful. Anything we asked they did their best to accomplish. I will absolutely stay there again.
As to what can be improved, not much. They could find a place on the ground floor to put the facilities (washer/dryer, ice, drinks) on the ground floor as it is difficult for a disabled person to get to them (the staff offered to help with that). A fan to circulate the air in the room would be nice. The rooms do not have a microwave, but found out later i just needed to request one and they would have put one in for our stay so non-issue. If your staying around Port St Lucie, this is the place to stay. Oh, visit Grandpa's Dinner to eat. Just around the corner, great home made food, lots of it, and won't break your wallet.

Jerry was pleasant at check in, the establishment has “older bones”, but the room was well situated with all the comforts of home, good water pressure, and the bed was super comfy! I would stay here again.

Every table in the seated area of our room was not cleaned at all, a sticky substance on one of them. Lucky I always carry lysol wipes. The tv in that area was not working, one of the queen beds had an uncomfortable or old mattress. Although everywhere outside of the rooms was literally outside, they allowed smoking by the jacuzzi and pool so even without using them my kids and I would have to walk past smoke to get to our room!
