These issues made it clear that the room was not adequately cleaned and checked before checking in and left me feeling frustrated with the quality of the hotel upon check-in as first impressions lasted. The hotel is nice. Everything is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful , Shoman, Hossam and Rahem pool restaurant, Ahmed and Israa reception. The view is amazing and the hotel is close to downtown. The pool is nice and clean I like it. The breakfast is good.
