Everything is good. Worth the price. But internet connection was slow. No wifi provided. Water dispenser at ground floor.

The moment I stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff warmly greeted me. The check-in process was incredibly efficient, and they thoughtfully introduced me to the hotel's facilities and local dining options. The whole experience was seamless, with absolutely no frustrating waiting. Their genuine smiles really warmed my heart! Plus, they extended my check-out by two hours and even offered a complimentary airport transfer! This place is truly excellent! It's definitely my top choice for a stay. Trust me on this one!

Not bad, the hotel location very strategic. I can go almost every seafood restaurant and attraction place near the waterfront beach. There's also has a TF Value Mart nearby, also Setia RM2.60 (which I only know after staying here 🫪. The only problem is that the water pressure for shower is very slow. Which is I'm not really satisfied when washing my hair... Overall is ok. You can also check in early if the room available (there's extra charge btw).

In terms of location, it is very strategically located with lots of food outlets, cafes and drink outlet like tealive..chagee..kenangan coffee available. The waterfront is walking distance as well. The room is clean. Love that the toilet and bathing area is separate. However at night when I wanted to sleep and pull the comforter to cover my self bcos it was cold, I was bitten by bed bugs. 😕 so in the end I slept without any blanket. Also suddenly the part of the door outside where you touch the card started having beeping sounds. We called reception they tried their best, but still the sound persisted. They apologised so we just slept since the sound in the room was bearable. Please change all the bedsheets.

There is no water dispenser at Level 2 floor, so you may need to go to Level 1 in order to grab some drink

This hotel is great. Easy to deal with, and the place is comfortable and cozy. I love it, might repeat next time, suitable for solo travelers like me 🥰

not bad . okay la . orang servis patutnya kena bagi tahu deposit boleh cash / kad. ni tak, kita tkde cash dia suruh kita pergi atm. sedangkan pergi atm pakai kad kan? bila dia tkde balance dia suruh kita bayar pakai kad pulak. apooo . kena tak cakap dari awal boleh pakai kad. takde la buang masa pergi atm. ayo maaacha

I booked for the Family Room. The size & space for the Family Room was small and tight, compared to the other hotels with the same price. You can get better space with the same price at the other hotels. Cleanliness very bad and poor. There's a lot of dust under the bed and at the air condition. The ventilation and smell in the room was very bad. There is no peep holes at the main door. Bathroom's door knob was damage ! Shower pressure too slow ! Television channel only 2. Sorry, I'm not recommended !

The room was small, and the towels and sheets weren't very clean and had an odor. The bathroom wasn't very clean either, and the TV signal kept cutting in and out.

Everything is good...service very good...2nd time check in here...will repeat again.

The stay will just fine for someone who wish for an budget overnight purpose only as the hotel itself does not provide anything except bath towel and 1 small bottle of bath shampoo (for hair and body). Just that I hope the hotel management can improve the receptionist service especially during early morning where people wish to check out and found out that there is no one at the reception counter, after ringing the bell also get no response, waited about 5 to 7 minutes only come out someone to assist the check out process. *Beware that the shower head might not be able to place properly due to spoilt holder
