- Self check in due to we're HOMESTAY concept ( the key is stored in a small safe)
- Any request for early check in/late check out shall be subjected to extra charge
- After 11 p.m., there should be NO LOUD NOISES so as not to disturb the lives of the neighbors. If not, we have the right to burn the security deposit as a penalty.
- Cars are not allowed to park on the side of the road and must park in the parking area so as not to disturb the road traffic.
- After using the utensils, guests need to wash and put them away
After more than 16 guests, will have extra head charge to guests.
- The EXACT number of the guests must be informed.
*Note: Security deposit will be forfeited where inaccurate number of guests has been informed.
-Security deposit will be collect via app with e wallet BEFORE check-in (either bank or e-wallet)
- Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages.
- The housekeeping fee will be charged when the unit is filthy.
- Security deposit will be returned to the customer fully if the unit is in good condition
-Only light cooking is allowed at this property. (Only microwave and fridge are provided)
- Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.

No drinking water ,
No water purifier u have to buy it

The house has water systems problem no water in level 1 n 3. something have to open the switch manually other than it all 👍
