Nice hotel, decent room but the food wasn't great. Most of the food was only warm, not hot, lunch time was the worst, hardly anyone in the restaurant most days so food left going cold. Certainly not being kept at a minimum of 63c as required. Couple of breakfasts we had undercooked sausages and warm eggs and beans, see attached photo. Mentioned it to Jet2 reps who were apologetic and were going to do an inspection, but had advised the hotel they were coming in advance!. Going back again in March (already booked so too late to change without a massive cost). Hopefully things will have improved.

Good location. Food very nice, great variety but not hot, cold plates. Our self catering apartment had no amenities only a 2 ring hob, cutlery and 2 massive pans. No toaster kettle or anything. Staff were all very nice. Massive restaurant, manic couple hundred people in there. The room furniture was tac n dirty. Beds were comfy. I requested a quiet room and they put us right by bin collections and deliveries or we could pay for upgrade at 35e per night 490euros. Mosquitos !! Galore horrendous.

It is a very good hotel! The support was perfect, the bed is very comfortable. There is a small kitchen if you need. The space of the hotel is beautiful. It is near Alcudia Beach. The breakfast is complete and with various options. The stay was really nice!

Lovely pool area with a garden. We lived in apartment and it was absolutely ok kitchen for one week. Mosquitoes were very annoying, so make sure to keep windows and doors closed. Friendly staff. Had dinner at the hotel, food was decent but the dining area was not pleasant. It was noisy and echoed a lot. The interior design was boring. Incredibly friendly staff. Close to the beach and the harbor with nice restaurants. We can definitely consider going back. 😃🦟🌴

Beautiful aparthotel, we are staying in a ground floor apartment #3029 with private garden area and pool view- half board plus. Wonderful as soon as we checked in, offered prosecco (didn't get it but not an issue they just forgot) , quick check in, brilliant little wrist bands to access our apartment instead of a key or card, apartment is clean and beds super comfertable- dreading going home. Private garden area a godsend as the sunbeds are so comfy- we are right next to the pool bar which offers snacks , drinks and ice cream. Several different security exits from the hotel grounds to access the surroundings with your wrist band. Close to the port, beach, restaurants and shops. Pool is lovely and also clean. Buffet is varied and plentiful, staff are always friendly and on the ball. Cannot comment on the indoor pool and sauna but have checked them out and they look fabulous. Place seems to be great for cyclists as well as couples and families. Recommend visiting the alcudia old town market on a sun or thurs- easy walking distance. All in all we are loving our stay and will return.

Great location, great food and staff. We had a short break in the February half term so the resort was quiet, but the hotel was clean, all the staff were helpful and the food at every meal was varied and to a high standard. There is plenty to do in the area before you even think of the huge beach. We will go back again.

Daniel greeted us at reception & was very helpful. Had an amazing stay, our room was ready on arrival and bigger than we expected. Small kitchen area which we used only for breakfast. During our stay was my birthday & I was amazed to receive a card & small bottle of prosecco, never has this happened before. Very close to the beautiful beach. As our stay was out of main season it was quiet with not a lot going on but that's how wel like it. Our door key was on a wist band excellent idea.

Place was so much better than what we expected. Excellent landscape and all. We had a 3 and 6 year old and it was safe for them. Our room located just right beside a playground too. And sun trap n sheltered from the wind. Very lucky. Although the outdoor pool is cold at this time of the year, the indoor pool made it up got our water babies. Very close to the beach and shops. The experience teams are excellent. Fun activities for kids. And n all we will b back again!
