Do not book directly or any other site for this Hotel LANDMAK in Port Blair. This Landmark hotel is not customer friendly. This hotel management is fully money oriented and not for customer’s service. I directly booked 3 months before thro’ phone for my 3 days staying in this hotel Landmark during the month of March-2026. After negotiating they agreed on a tariff for Rs.3600 per day all taxes inclusive and with complimentary breakfast. They agreed to give double cot and one single cot with mattress for 3 members. But they gave me double cot only and instead of single cot they provided one separate mattress and laid on the floor. So, I realized that they cheating When I reached first day check-in, I requested to provide complimentary breakfast. They also agreed, but when I check-out they demanded the money and I also paid after long arguments. Realized that they cheating The break fast items very less. Only idlies, sambar, chatney and egg omlete. There was no other verities. Before reaching hotel for third day check-in before one hour, the hotel staff suddenly called me that the tariff was increased by rs.4200 instead of rs.3600. I was very shocked and asked that person how you can increase the tariff suddenly and also I told him that the room was booked 3 months before. He told me, if you are interested you come or you manage with other hotel, then I was realized that they are cheating at last minute, since, I was new and do not have any idea and sufficient time to see alternate hotel, I agreed to pay the excess amount. So, this hotel management is not interested to treat the customer in good manner. They intention is get more money from customers. During my stay all 3 days TV was not working, Breakfast not good what I expected. Simply waste. I suffered lot during my stay because of frequent power cuts and AC not worked in my personal opinion do not book this hotel for stay. money oriented management
