Valamar Diamant Residence

Perfect place for playing tennis. We come here every year. We started out doing our tennis camps here already 15 years ago. Nice Hotel, good food & drinks, friendly staff and competent tennis trainers. The kids area is really great. My son loved it.

It was very nice, and the food and the stuff was very very friendly, the cleaning ladies were very fast, the swimming pool was opened in March and heated, perfectly for training for swimmers or triathletes, the area is perfect for cycling and running

Everything was great! I have a great time spending time in the hotel with my sports group, cycling team, and would like to come back. Hotel staff is amazing, especially reception, everyone was so helpfull and kind to us. Only room needs to be renovated. See you next time!

Great experience, very good hospitality and service. Food was great, a lot of sports content (Basketball, football, tenis, table tenis..), wellness, pool, gym… Staff was pretty friendly and helpfull, room service was great also. I would recommend Valamar Diamant hotel for sure.

our stay in this hotel was very nice, staff is very helpful and approachable, food is incredible, both breakfast and dinner, so many choices and flavours, very delicious, room is very nice, not 100% clean and with worn out toilet, but we didn't spend too much time in the room due to the all other contents in the resort. All in all we are coming back again here

The place was nice: beautiful surrounding just a walk from the beach, nice hotel, good food and the pool area was also fine. Not very god: Almost every day there was school groups of children have swimming lessons in the pool = very loud and no room for the guests. Bad idea to rent the pool out like this. The apartment had all we needed, but it's old and could use an update (both furniture and the house itself).

The facilities in the hotel are fine, swimming pool and sauna. But the apartments are dark and not like the website depicts them. As other guests have said we were kept awake by the noise of teenagers sitting drinking outside their apartment. When I asked reception if we could be moved, I was told to report it to reception when it occurred and the security guard would come and deal with the situation. Surely if the security guard patrolled the apartments the noise could be dealt with earlier. I found the hotel reception staff rather rude and really not interested in dealing with this problem.

Very beautiful area, stunning scenery, Porec was lovely too, not to far to walk in but little tourist train runs all day and finishes about 23.20 €2 pp each way or €4pp electric bike if you missed train.....Hotel looks very smart indeed but the 'residences' which were a 2 roomed apt, uphill [not great when pulling cases] were less so. Luckily we got ground floor but some had steep, concrete steps up to them. Badly in need of refurbishment, very ugly outside and very close to neighbours. Not much happens in the way of nightlife in hotel but Porec has it all, lots of diverse restaurants and bars and a great atmosphere. We were lucky to go the weekend of Tunalicious music festival which we both thoroughly enjoyed....4/9/23. had to get taxi back that night as festival went on late. Pool areas were very good with plenty of comfy sunbeds and a towel service so no need to take your own unless going out for the day. Anna and Goran at the snack bar were very friendly. Be warned, We were room only but there was no where on site to buy any food....Spar supermarket in Porec but too hot to schlep there during day to buy food. Another word of warning is its a bit hilly, not great for those who suffer with mobility issues. Unable to post photos for some reason but showed broken shutters, water damaged walls, toilet seat that badly needed replacing

Rundown, dirty, broken rooms.. black mould in bathrooms. ( nothing like the pictures- false advertising!!!) Noisy and drunk lads partying all night. Loud music shouting and unhelpful reception staff! Not relaxing, been in tears most the holiday from lack of sleep. The area is stunning the apartment are terrible. Won't be back at the hotel ever again
