My driver stated he could not park the truck in the lot. This is a huge inconvenience when I was informed that I could park a diesel truck with a trailer at the facility. I want my refund given these circumstances.

This motel is in terrible shape and is operated by individual's wo have no idea how to run a motel. We had to ask for towels and washcloth. Room service was terrible. We are both disabled and the shower is horrible if your are disabled. Breakfast is a joke. And if you are disabled it is almost impossible to get in and out of bed.

Splatter and mold on baseboards near room entry door. Splatter on lampshades, floor. Hair on toilet and vanity. Uncovered cable outlet etc. very nice man at front desk. Building not well maintained/cleaned. Will not be staying here again.

Bathroom ceiling had mold all over and tv didn’t work. Toilet leaned to the side. Was staying 3 days so didn’t want to not have tv so the next day we moved rooms. Next toilet leaned to the other side but not as bad. No mold on the ceiling and tv worked. Tried to go down for breakfast Saturday morning at 7:30 am and nothing. Didn’t look like they had something and it was all out just looked like nothing was ever there. Desk lady was hateful the day before so I didn’t bother asking about it.
Hanging shelf fell apart with a touch but my husband fixed it just so we wouldn’t be charged the 50$ deposit they wanted when we checked in.

This facility only keeps the outside lights on after dark for a few hours. As a woman, traveling alone, I felt very uneasy packing my car in the dark in the morning with no parking lot lights on

I was told at check in that the free breakfast included granola bars, orange juice & coffee. That is not a breakfast of any kind besides not one day was any of that even available. I went through the lobby around 8 AM each day. They do not over extend themselves on keeping the place neat and clean. Stepping on the floor in front of the toilet made the toilet shake. I would never stay there again.

The carpet in all the hallways were stained. The title floor in the elevator needed to be mopped (spill stains), cable tv didn't work, room was not made up after the first night (of two nights) pool was out of service, breakfast was a box of granola bars and coffee.

It was not a bad stay. The building is old and could use some upgrades. The pool was not open. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were no bugs and it was clean, quiet.
