Service: coincidentally staying on January 1, 2023, maybe when there are a lot of guests because check-in is a long wait, which should be at 14.00 to get a room at 15.00 (tired of waiting Facilities: okay facilities, it's just that in my room, the bathroom had hot water, it couldn't cool down immediately. Food: I didn't order breakfast so I don't know if it's good or not. The point is AFFORDABLE PRICE and suitable for me. thank you trip.com and thank you transera hotel.

One of the alternatives place to stay, it's located in the middle of the city. Nice choice for the options, especially if you have little kids in your family. Harris Hotel have swimming pool in the roof top, big enough to play water with your kiddos while seeing the beautiful views of the Pontianak center.

For Pontianak it should be a 5 star hotel. The pool floor is quite often occupied by wedding celebrations or company meetings - you still have access to the pool area but it's not really convenient when all the people watch you. - these parties can be noisy (it's Indonesia!). We got another nice room quickly. - a bright lamp is illuminting the fassade untill late evening so the curtains must be closed + very friendly staff + excellent breakfast, can't be better + mordern building, not at all worn out + super location in the center of the city, with a number of local restaurants down the road in walking distance + very reasonavle price + most important - very clean. Absolutely recommended, is no better choice in Pontianak!
