"We had a lovely room with balcony looking to the forest and mountains. A short walk to the centre of Ponte and a few minutes walk to the lifts so veru conveniently positioned. We were room only which we prefer. Great ski room with plenty space."

"I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable conditions we experienced during our stay. Three personal items were stolen, including my bank card and €72 worth of belongings, immediately after housekeeping entered our room. This constitutes a serious breach of trust and guest safety. We were also followed back to our rooms by a group of men, which left us feeling extremely unsafe. The room was in a poor state of repair: the shower door fell off, the toilet flush was broken, the bathroom door would not lock, the bunk bed was unstable, and the lights flickered. The room was excessively hot, resulting in visible mould. In addition, the lift was extremely slow, the food was of very poor quality, the bar was overpriced, and customer service was consistently rude and unhelpful. This stay fell far below acceptable standards."

"I have really enjoyed staying here The staff are so warm and so greeting, they really make you feel like you are at home. The food is incredible I’d like to say and so is the view. After coming here and staying in Italy, It has reinforced my reasons to come live here. When I came here with friends we had a right laugh about some things mostly because this way of life is so much better and different to life in the uk For anyone who is considering staying here please do it is so wonderful here and so are the staff If you’ve got this far thanks for reading."

"I stayed at this hotel in April 2026 with a group of children on a school skiing trip. The hotel was clearly oversold and it was so busy and not enough social space for children to socialise. The staff were so rude to our school staff and pupils and when we checked out they made up a whole load of damages to rooms and wanted over €600 to repair. The worrying thing for me was having staff workers staying in rooms next to our pupils and clearly smoking and the corridors smelt horrific. I spoke to the person on reception and she said that it wasn’t a problem! I responded with it’s a non-smoking hotel! Would not recommend this hotel to school groups. "

"very dated hotel, the room was old and the bathroom even more and very small. the fixtures, in general, should be replaced. the door handle of the room was difficult to close and open. the pool is nice but a few degrees more water would be better. Breakfast: the juices are not good at all (personal opinion) for the rest ok. poor quality/price/location ratio... for the price we paid you can find much nicer structures and in a definitely better location. My wife and I adapted since we stayed there for 2 days and only as a base to go to the slopes. If I had to recommend it, I wouldn't do it for the price paid. Excellent service however from all the staff who are very helpful and kind. Really very good wine list with a wide choice and a really excellent restaurant. My wife and I opted for half board and the dinner far exceeded our expectations. In conclusion, the room assigned to us was perhaps old and does not reflect the current situation of the hotel, otherwise I would recommend a major renovation to give a nice makeover to the environment and at least justify the 4 star price for a room that perhaps was in the 70s when the hotel was built. (see toilet cistern, bidet pipes, soap dish etc etc) Probably the other rooms will be nicer (looking at the photos on the site) but ours was barely passable. Parking in front of the hotel (not paid) very limited rating 2 out of 5 which can certainly improve by changing the things listed above"
