On Arrival we were offered a room upgrade at a very low rate to a themed family room with 2 bathrooms, and greeted by very friendly front desk staff, we went bed and breakfast only for 7 nights, the Hotel was fantastic, really clean, and breakfast had a really good choice. The only negative about my stay is I’m an early bird, and like my coffee first thing in a morning. And there were no coffee making facilities in the room.

Have just returned from a week away with my sister in law. The hotel was situated on the sea front. The hotel is very clean and the room were spacious, with us both having the equivalent of a double bed each. Beautiful sea view from the bedroom but also I’d the town and mountain backdrop. Staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and efficient. Food in the hotel (we were half board) was varied, we didn’t struggle once to find something to eat. The choice was plentiful and varied. Entertainment was provide every evening, with some acts better than others. We tended to wander over to the beach bars which were situated a stones throw from the hotel. Our personal favourite being the Buddha Bar. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning again soon.

We loved this place as soon as we arrived. It is situated in a great location just across the road from the gorgeous beach. The staff on reception were always really helpful and polite, the hotel itself was kept spotlessly clean on a daily basis. Our room had a lovely see view and was really spacious with 2 double beds and a fridge. The wardrobe space was also generous with plenty of coat hangers. The bathroom was also large with Jack &Jill sinks and bath/shower. The room was also cleaned daily and the cleaning staff were also really helpful and polite. Some of the rooms are a little dated but to us it all added to the friendly charm of the place and we would definitely stay here again. The pool was so lovely too and the sea breeze also made it comfortable even on the hottest days. All in all we had a great holiday! 😎😎

A really great hotel with a great location right by the beach. The food is good with a great range on offer. When you can, go to the Mini Hollywood experience, it's a great day out. It's a 30 minute bus trip to Almeria, great shops and a castle to walk around.

Great hotel a couple of minutes from the beach. The staff are excellent and everyone was very friendly. We got a room upgrade to a Superior Double room with a sea view and couldn't have been more pleased. Having booked bed and breakfast there was a great choice of cooked food, cereals, yogurt, continental style cheeses and meats and different types of breads and pastries. The pool area is lovely with a bar that serves drinks and light meals. The indoor bar also serves light meals in the evening and tapas with your drink in the afternoon. There were daily cocktail offers and also coffee and cake. All in all, we would definitely say this is the best hotel we have stayed in.

Property is old and not worth ****. Rooms are dated so are bathrooms. Looks like ** hotel at most.

We stayed here for a week in October with 3 children, aged 7,5 and 2. We booked through jet2 believing it would be a family friendly hotel.. firstly I want to say the room was lovely, it was clean and spacious and the beds were made daily by housekeeping so I can’t fault the room. However, as the pools were freezing cold, most of the children around the pool were in the jacuzzi, which they all seemed to love, but then the Spanish would complain they were getting splashed or would complain about them having any form of floats.. however when the you do Spanish children used rubber rings down the slide the life guard didn’t say anything to them. I have seen management reply to comments on here saying they have an extensive programme for kids.. no they do not..we didn’t get asked once in an entire week to join in any activities .. but we saw Spanish children get asked when and if they did any . We went in the indoor pool for some heat.. and yet again the Spanish complained about kids and being splashed.. yet proceeded to get out of the pool!! It was pick and choose with the life guard if you were allowed floats.. and apparently you are not even though the shop sells them and are happy to take your money. The kids disco literally lasted 15 mins and was no effort put in to it what so ever, although advertised for 45, the entertainment on an evening was awful, the dance evening was just the entertainer and one Spanish lady, no one else got asked. I will say our last evening on the Friday they had an external band which was brill and our best evening. Then there was the food.. there was nothing child friendly apart from chips and plain pasta, the food was cold most evenings and was so repetitive, I waited a good 15 mins ones morning for an millerite as the woman was just on her phone. Some of the male staff in the restaurant were lovely and helpful with drinks but there was a woman waitress who was so miserable! The lady who worked behind the bar upstairs was very nice, always happy and helpful. The hotel is right on the beach which is nice to walk over. Although there are slides, we did NOT Feel this hotel really wanted children there and it’s safe to say we won’t be staying again.

A lovely hotel with brilliant facilities, but most of all the staff seem genuinely happy, friendly and helpful. The bar prices are very good vaule for money, and they do tapas and pastries too. The room was large, lovely and clean. The outdoor pool is beautiful, with chilled out sun worship areas, and water slides etc for the kids...
