Atmosphere: 4/5 Cute decor and eating area in the morning. Host: 5/5 Host provided us with a map and instructions on how to get to where we were going. She also gave us food recommendations. Very sweet! The breakfast in the morning was nice, as well as her willingness to store our luggage before check in. If you are checking out early in the morning, best to let the host know beforehand. Comfortability: 2/5 The mattress felt like cardboard (and I am not a picky sleeper). The towels and sheets were not the best quality material. The shower was bigger than most of the other European showers we have been in, so that was really nice! Also the AC was so appreciated after being out all day! Cleanliness: 3/5 The tiles in the shower looked like they could use a good scrub (there were some moldy spots in the grout). And the floors were okay, not the best and not the worst. Everything else felt freshly cleaned! It is a 30 min walk to the central train station, but a 6 min taxi ride. Ask how much it will be to get to the hotel before leaving w a driver to or from the station, as a few tried to charge us $30 for a 6 min drive!! It’s best to ask the host for the number of a reputable taxi company.

Lovely B&B at the quiet end of Pompeii. Very quiet, individual rooms/ bathrooms overlooking quiet courtyard. Run by the wonderful Claudia who couldn’t be more helpful. About 10 mins walk to archaeological park entrance and further 10 into modern Pompeii.

The owner , who is willingly on booking. com, complained about me canceling our stay at their b&b, due to a guest's sudden health issue. Apparently, the owner forgets that she agreed to be a part of booking com, allowing guests to cancel their reservation. I do not recommend this facility due to the unprofessional and rude behavior shown by the owner. When in Pompei I'll take my business elsewhere.

If you are visiting Pompei then this is the place to stay. About 10 - 15 minute walk from Pompeii (Villa de Mistry) Train station, it is perfectly placed to visit all the must see sights. Clean and friendly, with a smashing selection for breakfast.

A calm oasis in a busy city. Everything you need. Excellent breakfast a bargain at 5EUR. Close to ruins. Secure carpark (I didn't use it but there's a secure electric gate with pass key). Roberto and his sister Claudia are attentive and extremely helpful if you want advice on train travel or a good place to eat. Highly recommended.

Despite being at a short distance from a very busy road, the residence is located in a very quiet and well-kept environment. The rooms are simple but new and clean. The garden is welcoming, with plants and flowers that make the environment really pleasant, with a space where you can stop to read or have a chat. Abundant and varied breakfast, with sweet and savory, yogurt, eggs, fresh fruit. Excellent solution due to its proximity to the excavations, which can be reached in about 15/20 minutes on foot. Also, the freeway exit is very convenient, just a 2 minute drive.

We stayed two nights to visit the adjacent excavations that can be reached in just 10 'on foot, leaving the car in the private parking area closed by a gate. The rooms are clean, quiet and equipped with blackout curtains. The owner is kind and generous with useful advice on how to get around and on catering, among others. The breakfast is simple but complete, thanks to the delicious mega croissant and the fantastic cappuccino with soy milk!
