Shores Terrace

The room with the beds were fine. The washroom was well,,,,,,the shower head was coming out from the wall, the sink taps were not really attached well so that when you turned on the water the whole tap leaned way backwards. The shower tile was nice but there was a window in it and a blind over it that was bent and falling. The fridge in the kitchen was ok but the stove was sticky and dirty in the oven and the elements did not sit properly in the stove and the foil paper in them looked dirty. The microwave was old and rusty.

The manager is the nicest man very accomodating they make you feel welcome i definitely recommend them 👍👌❤️

Everything was good the stove was a little raggedy but overall it was good for the fireworks show

The managers are very friendly and helpful the property is very clean they have really great rates for their rooms the rooms are super clean I recommend this room to anybody

sheets on the bed were very dirty! the entire place was filthy. unable to stay there. surroundings were sketchy. Hated it

At the very beginning we had some issues, however everything was fixed in a nicer an smooth way and we had a very pleasant experience staying here

It was absolutely disgusting. When I saw the roaches crawling on the managers desk during check in, I should have turned around then. We had to pre-pay for the 3 night stay. When we entered the room it was visibly disgusting. You could tell it hadn't actually been cleaned for some time. Our shoes stuck to the ceramic tile floor. The sheets smelled and had not been washed at any recent interval. The bathroom was infested with ants that ended up crawling on me while I was using the facilities. The bath mat still had dirty feet prints on it. A roach ended up crawling into one of my shoe boxes that was a gift for my niece, and was startled and scared when she opened them. We were so exhausted from our LONG 36 hours of travel, that we did rest there - on top of the bed coverings with our clothes on. My anxiety was so bad the next morning, we had to check out. The "Manager" was no where to be found, so we left to be where we needed to be and had to go all the way back there several hours later. After waiting for the Manager to show up after not answering the phones for 20-30 minutes - I asked the Manager if we could possibly get our money back for the other 2 nights and he said he would ask the Owners - My guess is that I will never see that money. This was in the top 3 worst hotel experiences I have ever had in my 40+ years of hotel experience. I am also disappointed that ********** would represent this type of establishment.

I had to clean the bathroom in order to use it. That’s enough to say?
