It turned out that the order was booked for one night less and could not be refunded. However, because placing a new order for one more day was cheaper than booking another night alone, Ctrip customer service and hotel customer service were very helpful. After communication, the original order was refunded. I will order again after purchasing. The hotel facilities and price-performance ratio are also good. I will stay here again if necessary.

Opted to stay at hotel because Claremont Doubletree was more expensive. Additionally, the hotel has closed corridors, which is safer for a woman traveling alone. great experience! breakfast was a nice perk - eggs, waffles, muffins, sausages, etc. It gets crowded on the weekends so the line was long. be sure to get your breakfast early. the weekdays were much less crowded. clean pool, gym and nice hot tub on the side too!

The hotel is very convenient and new, highly recommended. The breakfast is delicious. The surrounding area is residential. It is more convenient if you rent a car. You can ask the front desk not to face the highway.

I give this Motel 6 4 stars! I would have gave 5 but no towels and dirty floor made 5hat not possible. I got my towels and used wash cloth to clean floor it was black but no biggie after cleaning it. Some hair in tub which I just washed away and again no biggie. The bed linens were clean and crisp with that fresh linen smell which I liked. After staying at a horrible motel earlier in the week not Motel 6, I was able to see what a huge difference that other place was like compared to my usual stays at Motel 6. I can overlook a few simple issues. Thank you for leaving the light on.

Comfortable bed and clean environment. We were looking for a quite place to rest after a long day of travel and they accommodated us perfectly, the front desk was welcoming and warm to deal with. If anyone is travelling with kids and family this is the hotel we recommend. Keep up the good work guys!..
