We originally wanted to stay for two weeks, but after one night we had to look for another hotel because the entire complex did not meet our expectations. Outdoor area: The pool urgently needs to be renovated and above all cleaned! The seating and lounge furniture on the terrace is not clean. The rubbish is piling up in the bins and also in some corners where you don't immediately see it. Rooms: urgently need to be renovated. The refrigerator is rusty in some places, the other furniture is old and not always clean. The bathroom is so small that you can hardly move and the shower curtain was not clean. There were repairs or rust spots everywhere. The staff were friendly but not accommodating. When we wanted to pay our bill the next day, we were offered a better room, but that would not have made our entire stay in this complex any more pleasant. The most important thing in a hotel is cleanliness!

I had honestly forgotten that such hotels might still exist. Their existence is a very serious problem for the image of our tourism. We arrived for our vacation on 30/07/2022. They asked us to wait an hour because the cleaning was not finished. After the completion as we were told of the cleaning we entered the room. I don't think we would see what we saw even in 20 euro rooms (if there are still such rooms). The floor was full of hair, the bathroom was absolutely!!!!!! rusty taps, paper container, pigal. And the sink was simply unacceptably dirty!!!!!!! The towels were white-grey, torn and worn from the weather. Bathroom furniture rotten with pieces hanging off. Of course, for all the aforementioned there are photos available to anyone. On our complaints a very kind clerk, without being able to dispute anything, told us that there was another room available. The same and worse. Of course, without any qualms, he gave us back the 3-day deposit which they asked us to pay every three days in advance together with a form that we signed knowing that because we really wanted to have a holiday, that in case of early departure the hotel would be paid compensation equal to ＜＜100% ＞＞ of the price of the remaining nights of the reservation, although as far as I know the compensation is usually 50%. Therefore, we left this accommodation and instead of going to the beach due to the lack of rooms (the season was full season) in the area, we were forced to close and take a vacation in the otherwise beautiful Nymphaeum. Of course no apologies, no sorry, no excuses. Only their insult to our person. PITY.

We booked a room at the hotel in question paying for specific services such as, among others, a swimming pool and a private beach. We informed that we will be there at 14.00 noon. At 12.30 they call us - while we were already on our way to the second leg - to tell us that due to a technical problem they cannot serve us and they ANNOUNCE us that we will be transferred to another hotel in Potidaia that did not even have the same services. It should be noted that they called us from the hotel to which they decided to transfer us, showing that they do not respect us in the least. They didn't even invite us themselves. No satisfaction as customers, no apology from their side and not even a coffee as a minimal token of hospitality and acknowledgment of the mistake. Unreliable. I do not recommend them under any circumstances. Footnote 1: In order not to get a response like there is no reservation in your name, the reservation was made in my partner's name.
