Отель совсем новый, в нем все свежо, чисто и аккуратно. Все удобно.
У нас был лучший номер - на 5 этаже люкс с огромной террасой с видом на озеро и горы, мы кайфовали от вида!
Персонал очень приветливый, дружелюбный и готов во всем помочь: ЛУЧШИЕ!:)
В первый день заезда был жуткий ливень и ветер, было страшно, на нашей прекрасной веранде все разнесло в разные стороны, как закончился ливень, мы пошли в город гулять, когда вернулись: персонал уже все прибрал так, что не было даже мокрых следов и вообще каких-то последствий ливня и урагана: вот это сервис! Кайф!!!
Завтрак вкусный: выбор не сказать, что большой, но все, что есть на выбор: съедобно и очень вкусно! Мы съедали все-все, что набирали попробовать:) единственный минус, что нет нормального кофе, только пакетированный(
От всей души рекомендую этот отель - лучший х моей поездки по Непалу, где я сменила 4 отеля и 3 лоджи.

Best hotel to stay at in pokhara. Hands down. Great spacious and clean room, a/c that works, shower that is warm, small balcony: all round amazing. All staff (reception+kitchen+house keeping) is really on-point to make the stay amazing. Nice clean pool to relax at. Breakfast was above par with the norm in pokhara. The hotel was a bit off the main street, and so the hubbub of lakeside center was well into the background. I came in and out of pokhara several times during my trip and kept coming back to this hotel. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Really good value for money.
