Good room, descent food and excellent service. Had a good time with friends. The pool was good. Overall experience was good.

Lousy hotel to stay. Was forced to stay, as the tour operator Peregrine booked our stay on return from Mukhthinath trip. There are better hotels available near the Lake side. No decent breakfast available. Unfriendly service. The balcony was not cleaned and full of ants. The bathroom did not have even shower rods to hang the clothes or towels. No hand towels provided. Bathroom not well kept. The only silver lining was the big room with enough space to walk around. Won't stay here again and won't recommend

The food was very good and the service was awesome. I love the ambience and the atmosphere of the resort. Everyone were so polite and respectful. I will surely visit the resort next time.❤️

Good rooms with better service

My recent stay at Kuti Resort & Spa in Pokhara was a delightful experience that combined comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Situated just a short 5-minute walk from Phewa Lake, the resort offers easy access to the lakeside area while providing a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities and private balconies with views of the surrounding mountains and city. While some guests have noted minor issues with cleanliness and bathroom conditions, my room was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The resort boasts an indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room, providing ample opportunities for relaxation. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the on-site restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including delicious Nepali cuisine. The staff at Kuti Resort & Spa are attentive and friendly, with many guests praising their professionalism and willingness to assist. Special mention goes to Ms. Anzu, whose warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.

Very standard breakfast. The receptionist lady looks very bored and inconsiderate to my queries. The staff are not willing to help out. Service was slow. The lady at the front desk is always looking disappointed and fed up. Not great experience. Better off going down the road to mount view hotel where the staff are friendly and have character.
