I made a reservation by phone, but they unilaterally canceled it at 9:30 PM because I didn't answer twice. I couldn't answer because I was shivering from walking in the cold. I arrived 10 minutes later and realized the mistake, so I confronted them, but they claimed it was my fault for not answering and that they had no reason to apologize. As we raised our voices, they told me not to act entitled. Eventually, they called the police and shouted at me, claiming I had disrupted their business. If you make a reservation here, make sure to be on standby and answer every number, even unknown ones. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled. The owner and his wife are nice, but their son is just awful. I felt a bit better when the owner's wife came out in her underwear to apologize, but I still can't stop thinking about the son who insisted he had no reason to apologize and even shouted at them to take me out of the place in front of the police.
