The hotel is a long time to check in and nothing practical. The hotel is a very small hotel, and it is a very small hotel. I mean, if you wake up early and want to get the best sun that is the morning, you can, but nothing to get into the water before 10:00! Crazy! The park? This is just the same!! It is: if you stay in the hotel only one day to enjoy the park, you won't be able to! Because the hotel check-in is after 16:00 and the check-out before 14:00, exactly at the time when the park is ”working” and you enter or leave. Moreover, food is very good and drinks are good, despite the limitation of time.

The facilities and swimming pools are excellent. I only left the room cleaning more attention as a point of improvement and more staff to the restaurant. With the great number of guests it was sometimes difficult to find a clean table. But the hotel is generally very good and the restaurant is excellent.

The hotel is very spacious and very well located in the centre of the wells. Breakfast is well served. the service depends on the time and well. the location to park and the street is therefore the blue area during the day.

The hotel is very clean and organised, staff are very friendly and educated, the team is generally very requested and people work with very good will. The breakfast is very tired, it has a variety of food and drinks. The only negative point in my opinion is the parking that is paid the share, which has been charged $40 per day of the car parked. I found the value very expensive since even in hotels that do not have own parking, they have partnership with some parking network that leaves the cheaper cost per client.

I am completely disappointed with the service. The bedrooms smell like molde and they are dirty. My husband and son that suffer with allergies had a really bad time here. You get from a long trip and the bedrooms don’t have tower, you need to ask them to send them and you wait for hours to receive them, if the cleaners get the dirty/wet towers, they don’t replace them with new ones. I got myself naked with 2 kids and no tower to dry us. There is no security, they don’t have a control who is in each bedroom. They gave me twice keycard to go inside the bedroom that already have people in there. And worse 2 of my family members had the door open overnight. And one day someone open the door when my sister in law just had come out from the shower. The food is repetitive and there is no variety for kids. And worse we find a fly inside the coconut pudim. The employees are not prepared for the amount of people in the hotel so they can’t put food quickly enough or cutlery, you often need to wait to get cutlery or food. The fridge doesn’t have water, if you want water overnight you have to walk until the restaurant to get 200 mL cups that they provide, what is really annoying when you have kids. The internet stops working often and you need to reconnect every time to be able to do something. There is a carpet between restaurant and the main building that stinks as hell. Although, the building has ramps, they are not really accessible, it is really hard moving around with the pram and I can’t imagine how would be for a person in wheelchair. The baby kitchen/room is disgusting and the sink is really dirty and clogged. In a overall you can see how bad the management is and how the employees are unprepared, Once for all it is not worth for the price that you pay.

Tive recentemente o prazer de ficar no Minas Garden em Poços de Caldas/MG e foi uma experiência inesquecível. Desde o momento em que cheguei, o pessoal esforçou-se ao máximo para garantir o meu conforto e satisfação. As acomodações excelentes, aliadas a um serviço excecional e com muito carinho, tornaram a minha estadia verdadeiramente memorável. Eu e meu esposo fomos passar o dia dos Namorados e chegando em nosso quarto estava totalmente decorado com nossas fotos, bombons, velas e muito mais. Essa atenção e carinho devemos ao Gerente/amigo Daniel Machiesi. Não posso deixar de expressar todo meu agradecimento e carinho a todos colaboradores, sempre muito atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar. Simpatia e alegria é constante em todos os momentos. A localização privilegiada do hotel faz com que explorar a cidade seja muito fácil, e mal posso esperar para voltar ao Minas Garden e reencontrar à todos. Que hotel MARAVILHOSO!!! Clean, reception, feeding and unpleasant space! All very conciliating and organized, I wanted to thank in particular the Fabio of the reception that gave us all the necessary support from the entrance to the exit, thank you for everything are of congratulations!!!! All inclusive um pouco estranho, no quarto apenas 3 copos de água natural! Quartos de bem baixa qualidade, toalhas manchadas e limpeza deficitária! Ficamos 4 dias sem internet, reclamando e nada foi feito! Liguei inúmeras vezes e nada! Deixamos as toalhas na piscina para ir almoçar, ao retornarmos as toalhas não estavam lá, perguntando para as pessoas que estavam nas mesas ao lado, eles disseram que foi uma funcionária do hotel que recolheu as toalhas, bem, fui informar isso e pegar novas toalhas, mas não me entregaram e fiquei esperando por quase 1h até resolverem me dar novas toalhas, pq a princípio, queriam cobrar 40,00 cada toalha, que a própria funcionária passou retirando, achei muito estranho isso! A comida é boa, na maioria das vezes estava gostosa, mesmo em pouca variedade! E salvo uns 2 ou 3 funcionários que se mostraram mais ativos e dispostos em ajudar! Agora, o elevador, esse é brincadeira! Vc passa ao menos 10 minutos esperando! Não voltarei e não recomendo!
