"The best hotel in this area, bar none, but it can only be reached by car. The front desk is friendly and the restaurant service is quite satisfying.
Remember to make reservations for restaurants and swimming pools, otherwise you may not have a seat"

"Very clean and tidy. Comfy bed and plenty of tea and coffee served. Literally 5 mins walk to the theatre so ideally placed. Will definitely stay here again"
"In addition to the door code lock always has a problem, resulting in always afraid of being closed outside the door, the room is very good, that is, the heating is old, you need to pay attention, you have to restart it. The location is next to Hoe Park, and the famous lighthouse can be seen from the window."

"The staff was brilliant at helping us along our way.
Seriously my only slight negative about the stay is maybe the parking a Ali less for hotel guest, not enough disabled bays for visitors and guests "

Excellent
GGuest UserThe couple at the hotel are courteous to their guests. The room is neat, clean and comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. Although it is thin, it is overall very good. The oil painting has a little bit of a Greek feel to it. The dining room where breakfast is served has some unique furnishings.
With such a price for breakfast, I think it is well worth staying. Full marks
HHazelLovely, central hotel. Friendly, helpful staff who were very attentive. Room was large, comfy beds and lovely clean bathroom (with bath!). Highly recommended!
GGuest UserA warm welcome awaits you at this homely hotel. It has had some interesting guests over the years including Charlie Chaplin and the explorer Ernest Shackleton. There is an atmosphere of travel and adventure weaving through its history.
Well located it is central and convenient. They serve quite a good breakfast too. They have private parking on site although this can be busy/full. There are other options nearby.
In sum: well located and comfortable place to stay in a characterful building.
AAn KhEverything was great in the hotel. The room for three persons is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. Towels, soap, kettle, dishes, tea, coffee - everything was in the room. The TV was in a convenient location for viewing from all beds. The location is very comfortable for visiting the old and modern city. The way to the sea took 5-7 minutes of slow walking. At breakfast we felt like a royal family, everything was delicious and satisfying. )) We will definitely return.
KKenzSuch a nice hotel so up to date. staff are so friendly and helpful. There's a lovely bar kitchen.lounge. the rooms are so nice beds comfy TV has everything definitely my new favourite hotel be going back
GGuest UserWas right in the centre everything is around you, we had a beaut view to could see the habour from our window , only downfall was it was abit loud at night not hotel fault like I said we was so close to everything and at night the room got to hot for me to sleep properly and didn’t seem like the air in or fan worked properly
IIan OsborneRelaxed stay in central location to the north of Plymouth city centre. Hotel is modern, rooms a good size, serviced daily - a rarity nowadays. Restaurant is uninspiring and, frankly, does not cope with expected customer visits in spite of pre-payment. An improvement over last November, but needs some better organisation. The beers at the bar are a poor selection and unpleasant.
GGuest UserBig spacious room and close to city centre so ideal for shopping. Sainsbury's car park next door which you can register when you get into the hotel. Nice quiet rooms. A little dated but adequate for a night's sleep. Would stay again
NNeilJThe hotel's location was excellent, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay!
GGuest UserThis hotel is well located in the city centre and the rooms are spacious and bright. However, the reception will ask for bank card information including PIN, although they promise to delete the information after check out, I still feel incomprehensible because I have never been asked to provide my bank card PIN when checking in to a hotel.
