Hampton Inn & Suites Plymouth

I took my wife for Valentines Day and picked this place because they have a hot tub (her favorite) unfortunately when we arrived there were lots of young children in there. We went back a little later and went in and were disgusted with all of the nasty brown stuff floating on top of the bubbles. A few other people were also waiting to get in and told the front desk about how dirty it was only to be told it was cleaned two weeks ago and there is no maintenance working today to clean it. Absolutely gross and unexceptable!!

The amenities was not quite clean. Hot tub was very duty the foam that was creating had some dirty particle on top of the foam. Front desk came in to put a sign to not use it and another staff came and took it off. There was a lack of communication between staff there were people there that went into the hot tub without knowing the hot tub was very duty. It definitely made me feel unsafe being in the pool or around the hot tub.

Spotless room, comfortable bed and pillows, hot shower with a spacious bathroom. Perfect.

Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms. Super friendly staff. Jacuzzi is great as is the indoor heated pool. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. The elevator is slow but other than that every thing was clean!

Clean room, hotel surroundings was clean, breakfast was good for me on the first day but I couldn’t do the same breakfast for 5 days in a row. Hotel needs to carry some non-dairy milk and yogurt too. Can’t only have full dairy every day, not everyone can do full dairy like that. Some lactaid and almond milk products would’ve been good. I would definitely stay here again because it’s near food and shopping in walking distance.

Bill at the Front Desk was awesome along with Melanie in the kitchen area. This location is perfect to get on and off the highways breakfast buffet is good.
