The hotel is very close to Plitvice Lakes National Park entrance 2. But it is far from anything else. There is no kettle and air conditioner in the room. The only hot water provided by the hotel is very dirty in which it has full of floating 2mm sized snowflake like sediment dust. There is no shop close by to buy clean water & the worst is that the hotel restaurant does not allow anyone to fill clean water but forcing you to refill dirty hot water into your drinking bottle. Two nights had two dining experience at hotel restaurant: first night the food is just okay. The second night we had been served cold plates regardless we ordered hot main course – both pork fillet & veal meat were chewing & already cold when on our table. The side vegs in the plate were not freshly cooked – too cold to eat!! For the breakfast if you are after large tourist groups then most food containers will be empty. You must have time and wait for most empty food containers to be filled up again. It is clear that the old hotel is designed for tourist group not for individule travellers.

Near to entrance 2 of the park, decent room size, but no air-conditioning

I definitely chose this hotel because of its convenient location. There is a path on the right side of the hotel to Entrance 2, which only takes a few minutes. This reservation includes breakfast and dinner. The meals are provided in buffet style. If you want water or drinks for dinner, you need to purchase them separately. The food quality is very average. Don’t have high expectations. Just be full. The room facilities are relatively outdated, and the hotel has a sauna and fitness room. When leaving, you can ask the hotel staff to arrange pick-up service to the bus station, which is free of charge.  The hotel can extend the national park pass for free. If you buy the first day pass, you can go back to the hotel after activation and ask the staff to extend it for one more day. This is also one of the advantages of staying in a park hotel. 

There is no air conditioning in the room, which is understandable for a hotel in a national park reserve, which is relatively natural and simple. If you move in in the summer, be mentally prepared The rooms are generally about the standard of domestic three-star hotels, but the sink and bathtub have difficulty in drainage and water will accumulate, which is a bit... The hotel has a shortcut to entrance 2 and the location is great. Parking is free If you purchase a one-day ticket, you can print it out and have it stamped at the hotel front desk. It can be extended for one day and you can enter the same day as the next day.

After traveling for many years, I have never seen a hotel that does not provide hot water bottles and only provides hot water for a limited time. Hot water is only available during meal times. Frozen water in the restaurant cannot be filled. The staff will warn you that this frozen water can only be consumed in the restaurant. Love to go in a bottle. I was scared to death by hotel staff when checking in I was told that I had booked eight rooms. He picked up a stack of papers and counted them one by one in front of me and said that I had booked eight rooms. I told the clerk I didn't order this way How can I have eight rooms when I only have four adults? I also showed my email confirmation of occupancy. But he ignored it and told me that my computer displays like this. I don’t care what you do. I have never encountered a hotel with such a bad attitude and poor service and the staff is amazing After that, I went to Trip.com myself, and Trip.com staff helped me deal with it. It took me an hour to check in normally, but they did something wrong. An apology without any remorse makes people angry. In addition, regarding the Guo 16 Lakes National Park, tickets to the hotel should be available for Extent, but they responded that no, they also told Trip.com staff that there is no such service, which is really annoying. I have never encountered such unreasonable and poor service attitude from hotel staff.

In the Plitvice Lakes Scenic Area, enter through the second gate. It is located between the upper and lower lakes, so it is just right to spend two and a half days to visit (the ticket can still be used on the second day, but it must be re-scanned and registered at the front desk). It is recommended to visit along the orange route.

The balcony is first-class. In a comfortable environment, you can listen to the singing of birds in the morning and stargazing at night. After walking out of the mountains, you can reach the national park by car.

The seat is between entrance 1.2 of Lake 16, but there is a shortcut to enter the lake area, that is, there is a distance from the bus station. The attitude of the service staff is very good. The meals included are delicious, but you need to order your own drinks

It has the advantage of being very close to the Plitvice st2 stop. Currency exchange is also available at the hotel. I was satisfied with the restaurant in the hotel.
