The place is great in terms of location but the rooms on the ground and basement areas are horrible and very noisy in the morning , we had cock roaches in the bahtroom and the shower head was completely covered in scale so we couldn't have a proper shower ,no view at all .
I will not stay here ,again.
I requested a room on a higher floor and with a street view but simply got ignored.
Not the best customer service at the reception, either 🙄
So , avoid it if you have better options and there is availability nearby.

We stayed here February 2024, weather was amazing, hotel very clean bit tired looking the rooms were cleaned daily only thing it could do with a kettle and not a coffee maker, the food was really good plenty of choice, some of the staff were abit rude especially the staff in the food hall, apart from that it was a really nice hotel, it does have entertainment most nights but not very good, you get what you pay for

Niina and Gemma and Maria remembered me and they greeted me with my first name. They like me as i stayed with them years before and they were still there. The hotel is excellent and they thought i am like a Spanish man staying there. I was amazed the same staff were there and all remembered me like it was only yesterday.

The staff make this hotel, especially the entertainment coordinator, who we knew as JJ. What a fun, friendly, kind guy. The entertainment, from aqua aerobics, games, sports, evening bingo & live acts, are all brilliant. The hotel is a little tired in places but the food is good (including some vegan options), the rooms are comfortable & cleaned every day & the location is close enough to the beach & in the heart of the shops, market, bars & restaurants. It also has a huge pool & lots of sunbeds. It could do with a couple more toilets in the public areas, but other than that, I have nothing negative to say about it. It's well worth the money. We'll definitely be going back.

Wonderful staff and the cleanliness is the best I have ever seen fantastic place to meet new friends loved the Meeting Bar and some really good entertainment. Pool is amazing and no silly early morning scramble for sunbeds as they are plentiful and set out with plenty of room. Food is hit and miss but always something for everyone. The Greenfield is in a fantastic location this year was my 5th visit and will definitely be going to my favourite place again hopefully soon.

Spacious studio apartments, with everything you need. Lovely large pool area, no rush to get a sun bed. Good outside bar & a separate smoking area which was adhered to, the staff made sure of this which is a bonus… Decent food in the restaurant & also the snack bar. Friendly & helpful staff.. Great location

Too noisy and some of the food during breakfast wasn’t much fresh, although the stuff friendly and helpful. One side of the hotel is directly where the wastage (bins and rubbish) is and when they came to collect the garbage the smell was not pleasant. Ac is working but you can’t really feel it

At first I thought the beds was hard but it was actually really good for my back pain and became comfy there’s extra blankets and pillows in the wardrobe if you need them but the room was warm so not needed the air con worked well the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels except Sundays you can only smoke in designated smoking areas the staff was very friendly and very helpful we only had breakfasts which was plentiful of options there’s lots of bars and restaurants near by that are cheap and cheerful we had an amazing time here and would definitely go back to laze around the fabulous pool
