Okay hotel, but horrible customer service. Forgot charger in the room. Hotel wasted an hour of my time but hadn't found it.

Good location , helpful staff and great rooftop pool. On the quiet side of 5ta Avenida but still close to beach and restaurants. The cafeteria / bar on the pool wasn’t operational always and there’s no restaurant available.

The surroundings and interior of the hotel are comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. If I go back, I would definitely stay here again. The swimming pool is also very pretty when the weather is nice.
