It's been 15 years since my last trip to Tenerife and the comments below are based on international five star hotel experiences around the globe. So here's what I experienced on this reservation:- Positives 1.Check in / out process fast and professional. 2.Direct beach access via the pool area. 3.Breakfast buffet with internal and external seating choices was excellent. 4.Evening entertainment between 21:00 and 23:00 Hrs was good. Negatives 1. Allocated R3101 upon arrival and entered to find the bath tub was extremely dirty and required solvent cleaning to remove large accumulation of water scale dirt around plug area (Approx 200mm in dia). Root cause of this problem is a leakage from the shower hose connection which remains to be fixed. 2. TV was on and could not be turned off. This was rectified by Maintenace changing the batteries within the remote control. 3. Sink plunger mechanism was broken and I was shown how to remove the plug on a daily basis once housekeeping cleaned the room. 4. Locking mechanism on the balcony sliding door is broken and extremely hard to open / closed. 5. Only one, yes one pool towel provided / guest at the pool via a plastic card that you are required to exchange at the pool towel bar. If you forget this card it's a return trip to the room. General Travel Tips. 1. Taxi from TFS Airport to hotel cost 25 Euro each way. 2. Hard Rock Cafe located next door (£££). 3. Great Italian, Thai, Japanese and British restaurants located on the second floor off the shopping complex across the road from the hotel (££££)

Great hotel, with great staff! Ramon and all the staff at the breakfast and pool bar are so friendly and great with kids! Entertainment teams are great and so much to do for the kids! Hotel is very clean, rooms and hall could do with an upgrading but overall absolutely brilliant! The bar inside at nighttime is gorgeous aswell! Highly recommend!

Well, it felt rather 3 stars, not 4. Reception is super slow, if you need to go to reception- you think twice, as it will take plenty of your time. Rooms are basic, and if you do not have see view- then you have a view on Irish pub, or conditioning system- as we did. It worked so loudly that there is no way you can open the balcony, and it smells with food sometimes… The carpet in hall was not cleaned during our one week stay- it accumulated dust and dirt as long as I saw. Food in the restaurant was mostly quite basic, though the idea of different cuisine every day is good, and finally you can find something for yourself. The restaurant area feels more like canteen, you don’t want to order a bottle of wine and spend an evening there, rather just eat and go. But maybe that was the idea. On the good side- rooms were cleaned every day and with good quality. Staff in the restaurant mostly very friendly and I liked a lot Hellowyn decorations and how staff was dressed. The pool area small but nice, can’t say how busy it is during the day, we came mostly around 4 pm and at that time there was no problem to find a place.

The hotel is very well placed. The staff is very attentive and friendly and everything is very clean. I only had breakfast at the hotel and the truth is that they had a wide assortment of products to eat. Regarding the pool, it is very small and in the area where it is located there is not even space for a small bar that serves drinks or snacks. You had to get the drinks out of a vending machine. Nobody controls the pool area so anything can happen and not exactly good. It did not occur to me to take photos of the hotel. The quality/price does not compensate me. There are hotels of the same category in the area with better facilities

So after reading loads of reviews we were a little bit worried as it was booked as a cheap we get away for a week before baby arrives, After arriving I could not be happier we were room 319 gets the sun in the morning and slept peacefully every night, rooms are dated but we knew that coming and again you’re hardly in the room anyway, beds are 2 single beds just so people are aware, didn’t realised you could put the fan up levels till the last day ‍♂️most of days went to beach so can’t really judge pool area the few times we were there didn’t have an issue, very strong smell of grease from the snack bar at the pool which put us off ordering anything, prices a little bit high to but again could not fault these apar**ents Would recommend after our experience
