This Holiday Inn hotel is ideal for use as a business hotel. I used it while on a business trip and was able to have a perfect day during my business trip. Thank you for the excellent service during your stay. I used it well and then left.

The breakfast was very good. Our room type cannot accommodate an extra bed, but there is a sofa bed that can be opened. Many families are taking children. There are two parking lots, close to the two doors, very large, and finally there are vacancies. The staff is very warm and courteous.

Having stayed here before it became our first choice when staying in the area. The moment we walked in we were greeted like long lost friends. Karen at the front desk is always the best. Very welcoming and a pleasure to chat with. She is always on top of her game even when training new personnel or dealing with a stubborn front desk computer. A big thank you to her personally. As for the hotel, everything is awesome from the clean well set up rooms to the most comfortable beds. And peaceful quiet nights. To the sparkling pool area and the awesome hot breakfast included in the nightly rate. Everything is just top notch. You won't be disappointed should you choose to stay here. Again a big Thank you to Karen, we will definitely look forward to our next stay.

This hotel does just fine. It's not elegant, but it makes no pretensions. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast well stocked with fresh items. The hotel would have earned 5 stars, but the heater for the swimming pool was on the fritz, so the water was 68 degrees and I ended up in the gym. And the breakfast menu did not include decaf coffee, although the Keurig in our room did provide decaf.

It was our first time in Burlington and I am so glad we chose this property for our four night stay. EVERYONE on staff was friendly and accommodating. We did upgrade to a lake view and it was worth it. Room was spacious and clean with lots of extra towels. We opted to for go daily cleaning service. Extra pillow and blanket were provided in the closet. Air conditioning worked wonderfully. We were invited to the manager’s evening reception on the day we checked in and it was incredible with gourmet appetizers. There is a great area in the lobby for relaxing. WiFi was exceptional. We did have breakfast on our last morning and it too was awesome from the service to the meal. Although I didn’t use it, the gym was very good. Even had a Peloton bike.

Stayed here before. Not a 5 star and we know it. We came fir the slides and the fun park. I stayed at 129 and at 10pm I took a cup from the the little kitchen area. Two roaches were there and not afraid of me.. I promptly went to the front desk and ask for a switch. The lady did it right away and said she'd put a note on a free night for this inconvenience. She also gave me an email Adress for me to send her manager the pictures I took. Next day I went to front desk and told the lady that the e-mail she gave was returning me a message of non-delivered status. There was a guy there, which I believe it's the manager , who has never said a Goodmorning nor an excuse on the situation. All he had to say is that Pest control is already on the old room. He said this in an arrogant way. I didn't come to complain for the previously room . I just came to help them by saying my pics couldn't be sent to their email. Next day, they still put the bill under my door with the two nights charged. I had to go see the arrogant manager before checking out. He did said something I couldn't understand, adjusted the bill but never excused... Sad! I had to say this to everyone.
