The shower could NOT GET WARM. Discovered the faucet had been put on incorrectly - arrow pointing to warm was cold water, etc. - but the hot water was still VERY cool and came out at diminished stream - a medium trickle. I ended up just washing my hair, bent over so it wouldn't freeze my body. I had a business meeting an hour later. Checking out, I was not offered any reduction in price, or even a free breakfast. IT WAS A HORRIBLE SITUATION!!! (Room was nice though, and very clean.)

Not sure if the motel is rented out for longer term under government programs. The surrounding areas have a number of government agencies. If you travel as a family, this definitely not your choice.

So marketing pictures when booking through apps like hotels or Expedia are beautiful but reality is, we did not find the value expected at this Hilton location. Scum on the shower walls, hair on top of the tub, stains on the carpet... Would be forgivable if this was a $99 a night 2 star but at over $300, we expected a much higher level of cleanliness. Front desk check in was frustrating and time consuming as well. My artist name didn't match the official state license ID. Yes my error, but could have been handled with more support than ”unable to check you in” and not even an apology for inconvenience... We won't be using this branch of Hilton anytime soon....

I booked this Inn for a last minute trip. It was lovely, peaceful, immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful; there are complimentary hot beverages in the lobby; there are also delicious cookies, fruits, and newspapers . When I got to my room, I found more treats, chocolates! It had been a hard day, so I was especially grateful for the warm ambience. The room that I had was spacious, elegant, very traditional, with a super comfortable bed and a fine sofa. The temperature controls worked perfectly. I did not have time to stay for the complimentary breakfast, but appreciate that it was available. Oh, yes, I would love to stay there again. Thank you!
