Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh-Downtown

The first day the breakfast was bare, but they did eventually come out and stock food. Room could use a little maintenance but it was clean and worked for our needs. Staff was nice and helpful.

Loved the self-parking. Across the street from Heinz History Center and easy walk to Heinz Hall. Will stay again.

No issues with our stay. Hotel was very clean and quiet. We’ll definitely stay here again. Only downside was the pool was closed for maintenance.

The ladies at the desk were very nice. The property was in a great location for my conference. The room had wear and tear. The elevators smelled like smoke. The pillows had a strange smell to them. My door lock looked like someone tried to break in at one point. It was nice to have parking and breakfast in the morning.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room in a great location and with FREE parking. The parking is what drove me to select this location, that is almost unheard of in the city. I will definitely choose this locaction again when staying in the city.

The location is great very close to a lot of restaurants and things to walk to. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool is under renovation for a little while so we weren’t able to use it, but they did tell us about that ahead of time. I would definitely recommend this hotel..

Great location in Pittsburgh. I like full size shampoo dispenser products. The room was big, comfortable bed, fridge/microwave included, lots of USB plugs for charging. Complaints: the mirror over the sink is mounted way too high. I understand tall people probably like it, but I'm 5ft tall and could barely see my face to put on make up. Also need brighter lighting over the sink.
