Very nice place - super clean, comfortable and has great value overall. Free snacks provided. I got a room upgrade and generally the service & communication were top notch. Highly recommended.

There is no point in booking a hotel next to the airport in Pisa as it is walkable from the city center/train station. This hotel is just a bit closer than the center from the train shuttle service.

The accommodation is all that I needed, for a one-night stay, prior to an early flight from Pisa Airport, which is only a five minute walk away. Check-in was rather clumsy, involving a phone call with someone with limited English, and a bit of hide-and-seek for the key. Once in, the room was all that was needed. However, the locking mechanism on the doors was ridiculously loud, and I was continually disturbed by other guests leaving and entering. That really requires some attention, as the majority of guests will be on one-night stopovers prior to flights, and a decent sleep would have been very welcome.

We had a confirmed booking via ***********. When we arrived, we heard that the b&b was fully booked. There would be a solution to walk 200 meters and get a room there. However, no room was available as well. After 30 minutes they said: Sorry, no money received from booking, so no reservation. Nothing more. We had to book a room somewhere else which was way more expensive as it was already late. Would not recommend.
