I booked one day to just sleep over at this place, but really loved its service and the facilities. Breakfast was tasty and had multiple options. The only minus is the location, which is around 25 minutes' walk to the city center and 40 minutes to the railway station.

A 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful! We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass. Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!

Ideal location 1 minute walk next to the tower. The room is simple, but everything is there. TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, shower accessories. Wi-Fi worked well, it was possible to work. There are many shops, cafes, McDonald's, and a small Carrefour around. A great place to stop to explore the tower. 30 minutes walk to the station.

The hotel should be the former Radisson, nominally five stars, but actually just the standard of a domestic three-star hotel. Overall, it is cost-effective, but it is a little far from the city center. The breakfast is pretty good and rich, Italian continental food, which is also included in the price when booking. The facilities inside the room feel old and old, which is the case in European hotels, and the so-called double bed is two single beds spliced ​​together. The overall layout of the hotel, including the surrounding environment, is OK. You can see the Leaning Tower and the Cathedral, but in fact, there is a little distance from the city center and you need to walk a long way, because the scale of European cities cannot be compared with domestic cities. Pisa is such a small place. It feels that there are suburban communities next to the hotel. If you don’t have a car, it feels quite remote and a little scary to walk back to the hotel from the city center of Pisa at night. It takes about 40 minutes to walk and pass through an underground tunnel under the railway. The only advantage is that the hotel is close to one of the small train stations in Pisa called Rossore, which can be used as a place for individual tourists to rest and stay temporarily on their way to Florence. If you really want to travel and vacation, there is nothing here. Pisa only has a Leaning Tower and a Cathedral. You can see other scenery in general. It is estimated that domestic tour groups come here to stay more during holidays.

The location is excellent, and the rooftop terrace provides a view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room was good; although it offered only a partial view of the tower, the bathroom had a bathtub. The breakfast was decent, featuring typical Italian cuisine. It was a bit unfortunate that there was no fax service, and the laundry room indicated on the hotel's website was not actually present. I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews. I was hesitant to book because of that, but I'm glad I chose this place. It's literally right next to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and a lot of great restaurants. It's worth a nights stay considering the price is much less than many other places in Pisa and it's hard to beat the location. There is parking relatively near by for a fee. The place may be dated, but it's a bed with nice air condition and you can do all you need just a few steps from the door. I highly recommend it and would return in the future. There's an elevator as well, which in Europe seems to be a luxury.

Title: Stunning boutique stay in the perfect location. The room was beautiful with incredible decor and great attention to detail, the garden area was also gorgeous and very romantic! Very clean amd very comfortable with all of the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and substantial and the wine was the best we had in Pisa! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend!

Don’t be fooled by the photos. The most beautiful is the top of the hotel room, which has a bit of the feeling of a wooden house on the Norwegian side, because it may be an old house with wooden beams rebuilt, but it looks better. The hot water in the bath is also very hot. There is no elevator. We have a lot of boxes. The front desk changed us to a low-floor room~ and the heating seems to be turned off in the middle of the night. Many hotels here seem to be like this in order to save costs but it will not be cold at night. The breakfast is also quite rich, it is a normal continental breakfast, basically all.

I was stupid and accidentally booked the room 1 night before my actual stay. I was so frightened when the staff pointed it out. However he was soooo nice and still let me stay. I'm sooo grateful about that. The hotel smells nice and is decorated tastefully with artistic theme - there were paintings all along the corridor. My room is huge, my bed is grand and comfy for a solo traveller like me, everything is extremely clean, facilities are neat and well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Pisa Centrale and Pisa Leaning Tower. I'm a very happy guest. I'm so glad that I have chosen this hotel to stay for my Pisa trip. I will definitely stay here if I ever come back to explore Pisa again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfy stay, a sound sleep at affordable price in Pisa.
