O Hotel no geral é bom pela sua categoria. O preço poderia ser um pouquinho menor. O predio está em boas condiçoes, só alguns pequenos detalhes mas q nao acarretam o bom funcionamento. Gostei do hotel.

Estivemos anteriormente e achamos bom, porém dessa vez fazia muito frio, só tínhamos um cobertor e não havia mais nenhum disponível no Hotel e não tinha ar quente no quarto, somente ar frio. Passamos muito frio, estava 7⁰C
O colchão também deixou a desejar, muito ruim.

No final de semana da nossa hospedagem, o café da manhã disponibilizava 3 tipos de sucos, mamão com laranja, laranja, (os dois naturais) e suco de uva artificial. Solicitei a atendente a possibilidade de preparar um suco de outro sabor, abacaxi, maracujá, melão, goiaba...menos laranja, pois realmente não gosto. Ela informou que seria bem difícil e caso fosse aprovado possivelmente isso teria um custo, mas que iria verificar com a gerência. Depois de um tempo, ela voltou com a resposta que havia sido autorizado o preparo, mas apenas nessa ocasião e somente um copo. Agradeci, mas recusei em virtude de toda dificuldade criada pela atendente e mais ainda pela sua líder e disse que não seria necessário toda essa logística, pois estava solicitando apenas um suco natural com sabor diferente dos ofertados. Mesmo sendo um Hotel bastante simples, acredito que a missão seria a excelência e a satisfação do hóspede o que claramente não faz parte das diretrizes do mesmo.
