The worst place I've ever been walking, I stayed 30 minutes in that mausoleum, I was put in the fourth floor and the lift doesn't work, smell of mopho, all moped roof, unclean carpet, you have to walk down the corridor, completely unhealthy place, Without any security I don't know how a place of this has all the operating alvary, I reserved two rooms inside the castle for 4 adults and a 11-month child, for day 13/07/22 up to 15/07/22, I made the checkout after 30 minutes of checkin, we tried to exchange the room for a similar one as sold by the photos, without success, I had to go out in despair behind a suitable place to sleep and give food to my nephew. They do not reveal the reality and they have no smell.

The hotel is very comfortable, excellent service always proper, excellent location, excellent breakfast, we do not enjoy the pool because of the cold of Campos, but apparently all the environments are clean and very well careful.

The hotel is very well-structured, a very beautiful green area. Staff are always educated and careful. Good breakfast with room to improve. It is far from Capivari, but for those who do not want to go out at night, they have delivery services. The pool is exceptional!

Just a wonderful hostel!!! Most educated, sympathetic, welcomed guests explain all the function of the hostel and still above give discount cards in restaurants and guide indications. The hotel is a beautiful, quiet, fantastic landscape, and it is not far from Capivari, from the beach walking about 10 minutes. And in the case of Uber, it is not expensive! The breakfast is wonderful, cakes, dreams, donuts, delicious cheese bread and a divine hot chocolate.The dining room is beautiful, delicate, as well as the rest of the hostel. The room is excellent, spacious, with room to keep clothes, the bathroom is clean and large, and the covers are clean and warm. I loved the heating dress being scheduled, so when we arrived by the cold of the walks the room is warm and cool. Finally, my boyfriend and I want to go to the camps again and we will certainly go back to that hostel! Just wonderful!!!
