The hotel is located in the centre, very well located for the beach of the centre, as well as for the restaurants and famous streets that are charming at night. The hotel is very clean, with a strong bed, everything is very good. The best of the hostel is the service. All asks, giving us tips about what to do, where to go. We arrived in the morning and we could check in and leave the car in the hostel (have parking). On the day of checkout more evidence of excellent service: we were allowed to keep the car in the parking while we enjoyed the beach until afternoon, tb we could use the shower and a bathroom to exchange before we leave. But as all the guests staying in this location, the noise pq night life in pipa is high. It will have music until morning and it is part. Who goes to pipa knows! However, he has not been in the sleep.

We stayed at this beautiful place during crazy Covid times for 8 nights November 2020. One of the best places we ever stayed at and we travel the world a lot. Starting with a great staff and genuine hospitality and kindness from EVERY member of the pousada. From the guy cleaning the pool to upper management - just GREAT people. We felt like we made friends.Beautiful grounds of lush jungle, meticulously maintained, two wonderful pools( go for the second - more private one), wild life - we fead monkeys, listened to very loud frogs, they even have a crocodile somewhere on property, but he hides, so we couldn't spot him. Delicious breakfast served daily- wonderful fruits and different juices every day, pastries and amazing outdoor wood stoves where they cook your omlets and toast to order. Dinner is not to be missed. In 8 nights, we ate at the property for 4. Fish in a banana leaf is the best dish. Hotel is located right in the heart of main street in Pipa but yet quite and secluded. Luxury bungalow is a must! It is your own house with private terrace wrap around and private walk way. Speacial thanks to general manager Rafa for making our vacation a special one!

I met the Hotel da Pipa in 2003 and had the opportunity to visit it now at the end of setembro/23, after 20 years I can say that the hotel improved 100%, all rooms have passed through structural reforms not only, but also in the decor that is a charm today! The hotel gardens are beautiful and very well cared by Mr Assis who is a sympathy in person! The restaurant is a spectacular, making meals with that amazing view, it has no price! Delicious breakfast with fresh and varied items every day, you can stay a whole week that you won't sneak! The staff seem to be a great family, always with a smile on your face, ready to take care of you with sympathy and efficiency: White, Manoel, Jarlene, Claudia, the girls of the reception, Jeane that is a grace and all the others who don't remember the names, Happy! And I couldn't stop citing clearly, the hotel manager, Josy, she drives everything with mastery, elegance and perfection, and I think these are the best adjectives also for the Hotel da Pipa, Elegance and Perfection!

O quarto é bem amplo e completo, porém, as paredes são de drywall, dá para ouvir tudo o que acontece nos quartos vizinhos. O corretor que liga os quartos ao elevador é muito escuro e estreito. A localização, piscina, atendimento e café da manhã, são ótimos!

The hotel has excellent locations, which are the location and breakfast with a good kitchen team. The improvement points are access to the room by stairs. One person in the family was not imposibly able to not climb stairs, but the moment would be ideal if there were no stairs. However, I saw rooms down the first days and I didn't see any movements, suggesting they were unoccupied or unused.Another item to improve is the hotel reception service because it was very bureaucratic and cold. I asked if there was a way to park a car and the answer was direct that check-in was at 15h. This bitter treatment damages the overall performance of the hotel. The reception could be the hotel's welcome card, but it is not. Simple details that in other hotels I resolved easy, such as assembling costs of several rooms in just one, during checkout, was ignored with the argument that one of the keys was not yet present. In many places I passed, it was just getting the key and checking if there was a pendance, simple like that. I see problems in the past that have been resolved badly, because of the lack of management adjustment, the hotel is repairing the bad experience to new customers that have nothing to do with the problem.
