訂大床房時訂錯了標間，前台接待美女二話不説，直接給升級到行政大床房，且價格不變，節約了我二百多，其實不是錢的事，而是服務意識的問題，接待能夠靈活改變與其它酒店不同的死板模式，真的值得欣慰，為平陽三和開元大酒店有這樣的員工感到高興，員工的靈活度決定了一個企業的發展，祝三和開元大酒店天天有好業績，謝謝！

很久沒住過了，也是第二次入住家鄉的開元了，酒店確實不錯，好像在裝修，前台服務都很nice呢，都很熱情。看我帶小孩，還給免費升級到了主樓的房間，晚上還送了甜點，很貼心。因為是週五入住，有自助餐，價格還比較實惠，吃的東西也很豐盛。早上去旁邊的公園逛了一下，很愜意，推薦大家入住喲！

感覺住了個開元招待所，硬件太差了，進門就有股很濃的黴味，還要提行李上下樓（好在上樓有服務員幫忙提，可退房還要自行提），房間竟然還有蜘蛛🕷️，不會再來了。

出差定的這家,價格便宜，服務也很熱情，帶了需要存放冷凍室的食品還幫忙收起來，解決了一個大難題，房間裏也乾淨舒服，還給送了水果點心，太好了，很滿意，下次有機會還會選擇你們這家的

酒店環境很好，剛進大堂就給人一種很温暖的感覺。房間設施設備很齊全，床品很乾凈，前台小姐姐也很熱心，服務周到。值得一提的是傍晚有水果點心送，很滿意，這是一家有温度的酒店，以後出差一定還會選擇這裏的。

各方面都不錯。所住副樓比主樓更幽靜，景色也好。我去游泳時，服務員送了水果和甜品到房間，甜品還用保温器熱着。網速很快。
不足之處就是游泳池是第三方健身房在管，設施差，水質不好，也不夠暖。
