The toilet was clogged in the middle of the night and could not be used, so I had to clean up the room with towels. During the day, the store was actually charged for the dirty towels. This hotel experience is very poor.

酒店位置還可以，離火車站很近，就在紅木市場裏面，來這裏辦事很方便，而且酒店真的很有特色，酒店服務意識很好，在大堂或者門口休息，有茶水台，冷天喝到一杯茶暖暖的很貼心，晚上市場門口還有一排夜市攤，很多東西吃的，很方便，就是忘記拍照片了[捂臉][捂臉]

很愉悦的住宿體驗，首先點贊前台妹妹和全部的工作人員服務態度，笑容甜美，態度親切，遇見的工作人員都主動打招呼，主動詢問並幫忙，態度親切且自然（看出來不是勉強熱情），很有細節，這種服務態度我基本在4星以上酒店才看到，中午12到🈶️空房就給我們提前辦理了入住，房間乾淨整潔，民宿裝修很好看，早餐不貴，粥粉包子豆漿粗糧一應俱全，隨緣餐廳位於酒店頂樓的空中花園，菜品精緻，環境優美，臨走時還送了小禮品（一些越南特產小吃），很有心意。早上8點出門時就看到前台妹妹新鮮現煮羅漢果菊花茶，等到9點回來又看到妹妹在給快喝完的茶壺續上，由此可以看出她們工作細心

看圖片就可以理解，房間裏面設施簡陋，廁紙裏面一股臭味，水龍頭晚上一直在滴水，最奇幻的居然是將房間設在消防門後面説消防門其實一直打開，打開消防門房門也開不了，手柄也是壞的🤣打死也沒下次

酒店位置在紅木傢俱市場裏面，有一點點偏，周邊餐館不多，6點多7點門口有擺攤賣燒烤，炒粉之類的，停車很方便，門口有很大的停車場

入住的時候前台給升級了，還送了早餐，早餐很豐富，體驗感很好，前台小姐姐服務特別好，酒店大門和大堂都非常的大氣，進大堂就是古典的紅木傢俱，洗手間很乾凈，晚上睡覺也很安靜，吃了飯還能在樓下散步。住得非常滿意
