There is a 24-hour free snack bar, which is really thoughtful. The location is very good. You can walk to Kenting Street and the parking lot is in the ba*****t. It's great so you don't have to bask in the sun. It is recommended to check in early to get a parking space. The parking spaces are limited, but they are all flat and have no machinery. The room quality is very good and the bed is very good to sleep on. 👍

Got upgraded to a 2 queensized bed room because we have our baby with us. Breakfast and facilities are nice. But we didnt get the time to spend on the facilities. Room is clean. The only downside is the corridor to the room is quite old and the bathtub is leaking. We met an indonesian waiter in the breakfast restaurant.

The hotel staff are very good and enthusiastic. There was welcome music when you first came in. The room is old now, but it is very clean. It also has its own beach so you don’t have to go out to be crowded. I will stay there next time. Next, cribs and baby supplies are provided free of charge. Very useful for families with young babies

We stayed at Amanda for 2 nights with one of our friend couple. First night, we stayed at the ”Rose City 2 Bedroom Suite” which was exactly like its description - 2 bedroom and one bathroom with two doors which was great. We really enjoyed the first night. The location is great - very close to the night market and all our outdoor activities. Second night, we reserved the ”Ancient Jade Villa” with a private swimming pool. We have traveled enough to know that sometimes pictures posted are outdated so we called the hotel in advance to make sure that it met our needs BEFORE booking. We needed two bedrooms and wanted to book the villa with the private giant swimming pool as it was portrayed on trip.com. We were told that it has two bedrooms - which unfortunately was not true. The swimming pool was not like the one posted on trip.com (they have updated the pictures now) When we told the staff that this was not the room we booked, they said that it was ”renovated” and that the pool was exactly like the picture. The picture of the pool was an almost full size pool that was rectangle and the room we received was a triangular jacuzzi sized pool in the corner (?????) *** I think the most unfortunate part of this incident was that the staffs were treating us as if we are stupid and kept insisting that the room we received was exactly the room on the picture.. (The two pool pictures are below) Thankfully, I'm guessing it is the manager but he handled the situation quite professionally and was able to accomodate us into two separate hotel rooms quite quickly. A frustrating situation was resolved very quickly with care and we really appreciated it. One other thing I'd like to mention is the breakfast restaurant staff's behaviours. - Some of the food were out so we asked if it would be refilled, one of the waitress replied to us that it will be. After 20 minutes of waiting later, we asked another waiter and he said it will NOT be refilled. But about 3 minutes later, it was refilled??? - We asked for some ice, and the waitress said ”Actually, you cannot actually ask for ice” ????? Some other minor issues were: - unstable electricity in the rooms (the electricity plugs kept turning off for some reason) - the lighting in the rooms were way too dark considering that the rooms didn't get too much natural light (to the point where putting on makeup was almost impossible) - the air condition system was unstable (it was either too cold or too hot) - the door handles were either broken or the screws were coming off and there were too many light switches that did not work or were confusing(?)

During the Dragon Boat Festival, many fake and real hotels couldn’t book a seat. This one still has a seat. After all, the evaluation of this hotel is really not very good. After actually living in it, I have some experience. The only advantage is that it is very close to Kenting Main Street. It is not recommended to come here by car. There are few parking spaces at home, and the water quality in the bathroom is a bit turbid and clean. This part needs to be strengthened. The service attitude is actually not bad. It is said on the Internet that the service attitude of the counter lady is poor. Personally, I don’t feel this way, and it’s possible that encountering a guest has affected my mood. The service industry It is also very hard. In short, if you want to stay in this hotel, you need some courage 😂😂

After lunch in Kenting on the first day, there is no other itinerary. I want to go to the hotel early to wait for check-in, and take a walk around the surroundings. After arriving, the guard confirmed our check-in information and guided us to park. There were service staff waiting at the door to receive us. After we checked in at the lobby, we thought we would have to wait a little longer (check-in time is four o'clock, and we arrived after two o'clock) Unexpectedly, the service staff came to explain that free items can be used in the room and that breakfast can be seated after reporting the room number. Then they said that the room card has been inserted for us to turn on the lights and air conditioning in the room (I felt very considerate at the moment) I was lucky enough to check in early and go swimming in the swimming pool. There are lifeguards and there are bath towels available by the pool (which can be taken back to the room) When I first booked the room, I was looking forward to the swimming pool being large and deep enough for serious swimming, and the usage time is sufficient (7:00-18:00, cleaning 12:00-13:00 in between) Too early or too late will make it too windy and cold, making it unsuitable for swimming. It’s really relaxing to watch the blue sky, white clouds and sunset while swimming, as well as the beautiful Dajianshan Mountain. The only thing is that the outdoor swimming pool has a lot of leaves, and I’m afraid of birds pooping down when I’m lying on my back🤣🤣 The room also has a bathtub. If you don't want to swim, you can take a bath. The room is not very new, but it can be seen that it is cleaned with care. The room is quiet and not noisy. The bed and pillows are a bit soft (it would be even better if there is a pillow service) Breakfast is served a la carte. After you sit down, you will be served the juice of the day and then choose the meal you want. There is also pre-meal bread available. The meals are all delicious. Even if it is not a buffet, you can still feel full! It is recommended to stay in Kenting where accommodation is very expensive. Friends who want to relax and have a little more budget can choose to stay here. This time I booked a room on trip.com. Next time I want to book a room directly on the official website for the one-night-and-two-food plan. I think it’s a good deal.

The price of weekday accommodation is OK, the price of the holiday is not ok Old hotel, basically, a lot of things are old But the air-conditioning refrigerator is quite cold, but the sheets are really not clean. There are yellowing, dirty, old sheets that really should be lost, they should be replaced. The environment is not bad, because the old wooden house has small bugs, but there are not many. The TV should be changed. It’s really bad. It’s not easy to remote control. Overall I gave 67 points.

When checking in, there is one person at the counter. If there are more people checking in, it takes some time to wait, but when I wait, the counter told me to wait next to me. At that time, there was me alone. I also waited next to it and then actually helped the next group of guests check in. It didn't feel very good (later explained that I was traveling with another group of guests), but these did not affect this stay. I must praise the room. The double bed is still larger, and there is an outdoor bathtub that is very special ((To pull the ceiling to cover otherwise it will be exposed!)), But the bathroom spares are not enough, such as toilet paper, there is a pack~

They had many activities such as a water park in the resort, and have a little place with deers for us to feed. The buffet breakfast also have a wide range of food. So do factor in some time for these amenities!

Although the environmental facilities are old, some of them are OK, the room is clean, this time I stayed in a sea view room, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, I can wake up the warm sun early in the morning, the old hotel service is still very OK, the price is good, I will choose to stay again next time, and I look forward to the continuous upgrade of the hotel interior, so that passengers can have more comfortable vacation space.
